I arrived with a specific problem identified during the inspection. I was told that I need to make a diagnosis. To the logical question, why would I do this if I already have the diagnostic results made 20 minutes ago, the answer followed: "I'm not clairvoyant enough to understand what's written here."
Conclusion: either the administrator is a complete layman who does not understand the relevant terms (then what is he doing here?), or he is trying to cheat for money, which is also bad for the employee responsible for quality.
I cannot evaluate the work of the masters, because after the administrator began to be openly rude, I left.
I need to check the work, the lever and the ball were changed, both were twisted, and I had to redo them. And also because of their repair, the hub failed as a result of its heating.
UPD. I was replacing the timing belt, after the replacement, antifreeze flowed into the engine, they immediately sentenced the cylinder head without any verification of everything else, the repair price started from 1 thousand BYN, took the car and gave it to other people, as a result, repairs for 400 BYN.
The best service I've been to, they explained everything clearly, what the problem is, they showed and did everything at once, I advise everyone who is looking for a good master, where they don't mess around and calmly explain everything. A huge plus is that they work on weekends , the main thing is to call in advance and you will be happy , and thank you very much to the service once again

I will also add to the last review: 10 thousand years ago. (or 6 months) I changed the oil with a filter in this car service (as it seemed to me) the oil was changed, but the oil filter was not. I found out about this only now at another car service (they said that your filter was not changed last time by anyone, judging by how rusty it was. I do not recommend this service. (Deception)

Once I stopped by their place to change the handbrake pads, as they are not far from work. They kept the car for a day, as a result, they call and say that the handbrake cables are not working. I didn't believe it, since I service the car myself and a month before, everything was fine. They started to plant cables to replace them, but obviously they did not look at my car in advance, there were no such spare parts in Belarus. I took the car, I had to do everything myself. The handbrake cables turned out to be serviceable, I changed the pads myself. A classic stock dilution. I don't recommend it.

I came to make a camber (on brand new tires), the master looked, called and it started - with a smart look, pressing the tire iron on the silent blocks, I began to prove that they were almost all killed (!!!) and everything needs to be changed! Moreover, when it came to specifically the 2 lower silents (1 was recently replaced, the second is normal. state) to my reasonable question - why? - abruptly merges something showing me further :) well, as if I were sure of the suspension, besides, I recently conducted an inspection at another service station. Where I saw everything with my own eyes, and there is nothing critical there 100%. Further, the master summarized that without replacing everything in a pile, he would not be able to set up a collapse. Perfectionism is certainly a good thing, but ... :) Next, the master receptionist wrote out on the sticker what needs to be changed - "all silent blocks". That's a competent conclusion!!!)
Left after paying for an inspection attempt.
Beware!!! It is very easy to get divorced for a large amount if you are unfamiliar with the car device! And quite suitable native parts can be replaced.
P.S.: I went to another collapse, they did, they said that everything was according to factory tolerances. That's it!
I changed the oil, took it without waiting in line, made a diagnosis as a bonus, which was very pleased. The prices are normal. I will use it a hundred times.

Despite the declared engine repair services, the cylinder head refused to perform work on adjusting valve clearances (washers). As a result, I adjusted it myself: I bought probes, I had a micrometer. I removed the cylinder head cover, measured the gaps, purchased the required washers, put a new gasket, screwed the lid back on. The work is elementary.
They do well, the prices are on average in the city, and fast, but I will not go to them anymore.

They refused to make a camber without even looking at the car. Supposedly, it is impossible to do this on a low car. Masters of their craft, it is clear from the first words.
They deceive customers, sell spare parts to the customer the cheapest at inflated prices by 3 times, they do not provide checks for spare parts, they do not have motarits of diesel engine specialists, they have no breakdown with Anna, I went to them twice, I do not advise you to talk beautifully, they violate the rights of the consumer, guarantees for work in the engine are given 30 days after repair, everything flows read the book of complaints carefully you will shocked after their repair
I applied 2 times for oil change, repair of rear brakes, now I have to redo it. If the oil is replaced, then yes, but a hundred more serious ones, then I would not have gone!!! This is my opinion.
I applied today (July 3, 2022), on Sunday and a public holiday. They did not refuse. Replacing the inner tire duster on my car. The price turned out to be much less than for the other hundred by 15-20 rubles. Especially not far from home. They did it quickly, the oil from the checkpoint spilled a little.
