Good afternoon, everyone. Last month, my mother traveled from Moscow to Gomel by bus of this carrier. An unpleasant situation happened (I won't specify it), and I had to contact the director of this company directly. I was pleasantly surprised by the interest shown in my problem and its resolution as soon as possible. The whole dialogue was built on politeness and understanding, for which thank you very much!
And also, when my mother was traveling on the Gomel-Moscow route, she praised the bus and the trip itself so much. And this, later, turned out to be a bus of the same carrier. Super modern and comfortable.

I went to Moscow with them and was satisfied... The bus (despite my age) is comfortable, you can stretch your legs, which is very important with my height.. Stops (on average) every 2 hours for 15 minutes are enough to warm up and have something to eat on the way..
