Pretty tasty dough in its raw form or how your bakery ruined our family's wedding tradition😬
The parents ordered a loaf for the wedding, having previously agreed on the date and all the wishes for the product. The loaf was beautiful and made on time, and perhaps that was the end of all good things. On day X, the newlyweds, as expected, bit off their pieces of loaf, ate them and that was it. The remaining part of the loaf is suitable only to feed the birds in the park, but even for this it must first be dried to the state of breadcrumbs.
To resolve this situation, we contacted representatives via Instagram with an offer to exchange a loaf for other products and provided customer data so that the management could contact us. It's been almost a week, but no one has called.
If you plan to order products for your holidays, then I strongly recommend paying attention to competitors or choosing another institution, since the level of professionalism and attitude towards customers in this bakery leave much to be desired.

The pies are delicious, of course, but the delivery is just a nightmare. An interval of 1.5 hours is already too long in itself, but when the courier is late for another hour, it doesn't fit into any framework! And instead of calling in advance and warning about the delay, the deliveryman only mumbled some ridiculous apologies about "a lot of orders." As if it couldn't have been predicted and somehow organized the process! The pick-up point is only 1.5 kilometers away, I would have picked it up on my own! Because of your birthday approach, the lunch break is completely disrupted, the mood is ruined, and all work plans are disrupted. It's a complete disappointment! I don't think I'll ever contact you again. If you can't handle the flow of orders, it's better not to take it at all.

The cafe is acceptable, the pies are delicious, a large selection of both sweet and with various kinds of meat and vegetable fillings. There is also a lunch and children's menu. There are always tables available. Of the disadvantages, coloring books and pencils for children were not offered immediately, only upon request, despite the fact that it took about 20 minutes to wait for food.

This is the worst place to go. The waitress at the entrance showed the maximum of her discontent, literally rolling her eyes. We ignored this moment. Then we went through all the halls to find a free seat, but there were no seats for a company of 4 people. It didn't become a problem for us, we sat down at the neighboring tables in twos. As a result, we sat for 10 minutes, the waiters did not come up, some of them were just talking to each other, some were just standing looking at the visitors. The girl who met us just walked by and rolled her eyes (her dissatisfaction with either life or work was seen and discussed by many in the hall). After waiting, we finally decided to leave. A waitress came up and asked why everyone in this room was speaking English, "are you having a meeting?" Having received an answer in the form of "we don't know why you speak English here, we went in separately, waited for at least some reaction to our presence for 10 minutes, and they didn't even give us a menu," she said that she "doesn't understand anything anymore" and just like a colleague rolled up eyes. Is this some kind of feature of this institution? If they knew, they wouldn't have gone right away)

I made an order on Sunday 10.03 for Monday 11.03, the operator girl said that the delivery interval was 1.5 hours, ordered for the period 12:00-13:30.
As a result, on Monday at 13:35 (!), the driver calls me and says that one of the logisticians got something wrong there, and also a traffic jam, so he will arrive in about half an hour.
This is a service of course!!!
And instead of apologies - also for the delivery of 6 rubles., awesome.
The impression is spoiled, so I do not recommend it.

There is a selection of branded dumplings, as well as kvass and homemade fruit drinks. The pie shop on Independence was also pleased with a spacious hall, the service is polite and prompt, everything is fine.

07/14/23 visited this place. The pie with chum and broccoli was not cooked to the end. The dough was sticky, but it was very dry on top and could hardly be cut with a knife.
Sea buckthorn morse was to my taste, although I would have added less honey for a hot day. The waiter was kind enough.
