The dining room is called "Megapolis".
Overall, not bad. But the price tag is slightly higher than in other places. Dish, salad within 200 rubles, tea (package) - 100 rubles.
There is no payment by cards, only cash.
There is Wi-Fi, but do I need ...
a hand washbasin at the entrance (easy to miss).
The staff is friendly. The menu shows a normal selection, but in fact there are many things missing. It's difficult with boiled dishes, mostly everything is fried (this is almost everywhere, alas)
The price tag is just a horse. I didn't expect a restaurant price tag from the dining room. I think it's better to stick with people like me, "one-time" visitors, who were attracted by the name "dining room". There is still a museum and a botanical garden nearby, a lot of tourists. I think my review is unlikely to affect the pricing policy. The food was edible, if anything. There is a Wi-Fi connection (I did not use it).
On the tour, they brought it to the dining room. There were a lot of people (there was also a stream of people in front of us with an excursion to the botanical garden), they waited a long time for an empty seat. We ate only there, we arrived with all the signs of poisoning and fever.
