Positive:
1. The prices are quite reasonable: for a vinaigrette, borscht, steak with rice porridge, bread and compote, it turned out to be 8.5 rubles; 2. The steak is delicious; 3. Polite staff. 4. There is practically no queue.
Minuses:
1. The bathroom was locked. 2. The pieces of bread seemed too small.
In general, there is a good dining room where you can have lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A pleasant and good-quality dining room, both for prices, queues, and comfort. The prices are pleasing: the average check is about 6-8 rubles, and this is provided that you take a full lunch + muffin. It is unlikely that you will find something like this in the canteens in the city center.
There aren't any queues until 12 o'clock, I didn't check later.
The hall is spacious, the tables are far from each other, there are enough places.
In general, a minus could be put only for the non-diverse menu, but there are much more advantages here.
So I definitely recommend you to visit
