We read the rave reviews and hurried to the dining room at Engels 3. To be honest, we are very disappointed. Among the advantages: clean, tidy, bright and cozy, the food is edible and inexpensive. Of the minuses, the soup is "Field" (declared with meat and carrots), as a result, only potatoes and cereals + one bacon float! The child ate two spoons and said that he would not eat it. I said that I would not pay for the soup, to which they replied, "Did you not eat it? Good! And how do we offer it to another visitor? "The administrator, of course, turned out to be very busy and did not come up to us. Cabbage salad with prunes and sour cream was brought without sour cream and with dried apricots. The dining room is located in the executive committee building, the entrance to the building is the main one. At the entrance, the employee politely explained how to get to the dining room. We were after 11, but it turned out that the dishes were not ready yet. The girl at the counter clarified in the kitchen that the food would take a long time to cook. They went to another dining room
The next day we went back to the dining room closer to 12. The girl at the counter was different, she refused to specify the readiness of the dishes. She told me to sit and wait for the waiter to come, there was no waiter in sight. We had no time to wait, as we had to go on excursions and move to Minsk. They left the dining room because there was no time to wait

Sometimes I go to such "canteens" and enjoy it (an abundance of food that you don't have to wait for, cheap prices, you take a ready-made dish).
The dining room was barely found, there were no signs, no signs. The establishment is a mixture of a Gourmet canteen and a restaurant. Yes, the prices are certainly not restaurant prices, but the portions are scanty, and the food is not tasty. But the interior of the restaurant, the menu is given, the waiter serves (why is there a waiter in the dining room!!!!????)
The dishes are served cold.
Raisins for the cake: I bought a cheburek! Why did IT have to be called CHEBUREK!!! This is a crushed cheburek, belyash (fuuu).
I do not recommend it!!!!

The usual most budget dining room. The choice is small. I didn't like the food very much. We took pasta (because the choice was pasta and millet). It feels like they were washed and served with water. The cupcake was stale (definitely not fresh). The only thing that was delicious was a cold brew and compote from dried fruits. Will I return to such an institution again? Answer:Definitely not. They gave almost 28p for 3 people, they didn't like much. Compared to the canteen Chaika, where we gave 30p for 3 people. Where there was a lot of choice and we came out well-fed.

Some of the waiters catch flies, and then go out to serve, although it is young and green. I liked the working time, even after 16.00 they work and there are visitors. Cozy and modest, well done. To eat normally inexpensively and promptly. I didn't like the passage from the parking lot around the building very much, and the staff serving this facility is too stuck up, pretentiously behaves like they don't walk around here, they have a direct passage for a smoke break. It's not good somehow.

The portions in this dining room are more like portions from kindergarten. The first of 4 spoons, the second - I had to order another one. Only the five-year-old son ate enough. The shingles are the most tasteless of those that were eaten in Belarus, fatty, raw, although they were not included in the bill after the complaint. The prices are low, but it would be better to pay more for the quality.
