The price tag is humane. It's a little difficult to find. It is necessary to indicate here how to find it - I found it through a policeman on duty at the regional executive committee. Недорогая столовая при мясокомбинате. Дёшево и сердито. Прямо рядом с парком. Днём довольно много народу. Жаль, что работает только до 16:00, но очевидно это определяется режимом работы предприятия.

За 10 рублей на двоих наелись от пуза. Очень доброжелательные работницы. Атмосфера "той самой советской" столовой и даже радио "то самое". Обязательно покупайте там те, кто любит атмосферно, просто и супер дёшево.
