I was on a business trip. This is not really a dining room, it is a "bar" at the Polotsk Fiberglass factory integrated with the factory dining room. I.e. everything is prepared in the factory dining room and promptly transferred. The prices are fantastic, baked trout 3.50, for example. In fact, a hearty, and quite tasty (not a restaurant yet) lunch at the most expensive positions will not make you pay more than 10p. Well, if you do not order alcohol, which is on the menu there, because it is OUTSIDE the territory of the enterprise. Delicious, budget-friendly, sincere. Recommend.
