An hour was allocated for a meal, 15 minutes of which had to stand in line, 10 minutes to wait for spoons and bread. The attitude towards vacationers is terrible. Very great fellows!!! Clean , quickly brought and cleaned. A large selection of dishes. And also a very gorgeous view from the dining room window directly to the sea - a delight!
The only thing I feel is one hand in cooking, I would change chefs. We were there for 10 days. The first 5 were very tasty and interesting. And then we went to a cafe.

This is not a buffet, if there is no choice-1 first, 1 side dish, compote, you can't even call it compote. For dinner all the years there were very tasty buns, so they were replaced with purchased gingerbread.

We were in the holiday home "Psou" in the period from 21.07 to 11.08 2021. It is located on the seashore, its own beach, a small number of people on the beach, there is a canopy from the sun, sunbeds are given out. The beach is not cleaned at all, garbage was burned once in 3 weeks. The housing stock of the Soviet era, plumbing was killed, the food was too monotonous and meager. Elevators break down all the time, they are also a legacy of the Soviet era. Our room was on the 7th floor, it was critical for us. There is a large area with eucalyptus trees and pine trees, but there is no normal playground for children. The Internet is only in the lobby and works every other time. But for the view from the balcony, you can close your eyes to a lot!

As a result, the impression is twofold: on the one hand, the gorgeous nature, on the other hand, the remnants of the former luxury of Soviet times. The lack of funding does not have the best effect. The director of this institution is not interested in development, he is more interested in what else can be taken to his neighboring hotel, located 10 minutes away. We bought a ticket to the psou boarding house. We paid for a 3-bed room (2 adults and a child) in the main building with air conditioning and sea view. We arrived in the evening at 9 o'clock. A woman met at the so-called reception, immediately warning that she was a watchman and was not responsible for anything! So, this lady said that the rooms were all occupied and sent them to the so-called summer house. The ticket was taken in advance in the month of March, our vacation began on July 14. The summer house turned out to be a barn with a long corridor and rooms along both sides. In a very small, smelly, stuffy room there were 2 small beds with senior mattresses with springs sticking out of them. The night was like a horror movie!!! My husband and I couldn't sleep, the child was bitten all over, although we fought mosquitoes half the night. The next morning there was an introduction to the dining room. The same thing, the stuffiness is impossible. There is not a single air conditioner, people are jostling in a long queue in unbearable stuffiness. But the food is tolerable for Abkhazia. We waited for the receptionist and went to talk about the room. To which she openly stated that there were no rooms, the director said not to check in anyone! !! To say that I had a shock is to say nothing. She said go talk to the director. Vacationers began to approach us and say that everyone is greeted like this here! Everyone is baptized with summer houses!!! They are moved to a normal room, if they are lucky after 2-3 days. And in the main building, air conditioners are only on 2 floors!!! After looking around the territory, we saw terrible neglect all around!!! Just terrible!!!! There are destroyed buildings everywhere, garbage, a crane stands in the middle, rusted with time. Terri toria Beach is also in terrible disrepair! All this time we were trying to catch the director, the woman, the cat. apparently she was on duty in the administrative building, she told us that he had just left!!! While we were trying to find the invisible director, we repeatedly witnessed how other vacationers tried unsuccessfully to achieve justice. Pretty tired, having spent a lot of nerves in vain, on the advice of other tourists, we went along Primorskaya Street to look for a place to rent normal housing. In general, as a result, we stayed at Olga's guest house at 125 Primorskaya Street. I had to urgently find funds to pay for the conditions in addition! Returning to the Psou for things, they accidentally found the director. What turned out to be the secret of his invisibility. He parked his white land cruiser before reaching the administrative building, the poor guy was tired of annoying vacationers. At first, he brazenly turned his broad face away from us. I had to fight with him. Although in general we were already going not to him, but just to his accountant to get a certificate that we refuse to stay with them! But, they have a gang of scammers and boors, the accountant just turned us down brazenly. I just had to start swearing at them, so after I started yelling at her in the waiting room, this asshole decided to turn his attention to us!!!! I called my husband to my office and brazenly stated that you were swearing, today or tomorrow we will move you into your room! Is it okay???? My husband said that we had come for help, that we had found a good hotel. In short, these creatures have made us even worse. The accountant left for lunch, while she was having lunch, that bastard thief director left!!! My husband had to go to them the next day for help. We are so tired!!! The child is just exhausted!!! Yes, while we were waiting, we called our tour operator, azur tour!!! Those, of course, were in touch, like they were trying to do something!!! Then they sent us by mail that in the next few days we would be accommodated in a normal room! In short, this is lawlessness! I think both of them are profiting from people together!!! People like us who are deceived here, yes, almost everyone!!! These bastards sell the same number several times, so people have to survive for a few days in these summer garbage dumps!!! A normal room costs 3500, and where they put people 500 rubles!!! So count it!!!! In general, the Psou boarding house people suck!!! There is squalor all around. The territory is neglected, the asphalt is everywhere as after the bombing.
