I was passing through, I stopped at a cafe, there was a 17p complex for lunch, it was a bit much, with a 12p business trip, a Yandex search threw up this canteen, wow, not a lot, but there is a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, everything is fresh and hot, for all 5.33rubles, I think it's quite decent, I came out well-fed and satisfied. I was passing through a couple of weeks later, it was closed for no reason or announcements.
