I also bought furniture from them for cash. On July 1, 2023, there was a deal in the afternoon. They promised to deliver it the same day in the evening. The calls are not being answered. The 19th day has already passed, so far no response or money has been returned. Don't see them! They ***! The store owner is a very rude inadequate woman. I went to the store with a claim against them, to which the store owner was rude to me and threatened that he could kill me. I had to contact the Department of Consumer Protection of Taraz and call a local policeman. But no one could do anything. This woman just closed the store and disappeared. So far, my written claim has not been answered.
