Such a service, they try to quarrel at the reception. Nurses, and sometimes doctors, allow themselves to be rude. Of course, not all of them are true professionals who are dedicated to choosing their profession and who love children. The impression was not very good, apparently, it turned out to be a difficult day.

Why is our city being punished in the form of pediatric dentistry??? Recording is only by phone, and from 7.30 ... when many are just on their way to work. The phone number of the registry is only the city one (the only one!!!) the number ... the surgeon takes one week only from 08.00 to 11.00 ... the second week - from 17.00 to 19.00. We had an urgent need during the week, where he receives in the morning… Tell me?! Why do I have to write to my account to get to the surgeon??? Why can't I apply somewhere else, for a fee, at a time convenient for me??? I hold a senior position, my absence during working hours is highly undesirable… Are we really in the 21st century? Well, let's say I adjust to the schedule… so they don't record it in advance!!! They send a call at 7.30!!

I'm giving you three stars because of the reception desk. As in all polyclinics, kings and gods work here, who cannot squeeze out a simple "hello".
