I did the cleaning at two other doctors, everything is fine, polite, it doesn't hurt, and the plaque was completely removed (I have brown inside and it is not always completely removed). Director Evgenia Yarosh is very friendly, she has been advising my difficult case for a long time and for free, which they cannot earn money from;) and I realized that her main thing is to help a person, not to put up a huge bill. This is a rarity in modern dentistry. I recommend it!
