Yes, maybe I have facial piercings, tattoos, I look like a teenager, but with the way they looked at me, I was so uncomfortable that I already regretted coming. And when I found out that I hadn't checked the column (since I didn't know if it was possible to take it out of the box at all, check it myself), inappropriate sarcasm also joined the disgruntled face.
Yes, I understand the end of the working day, we are tired, everything can be understood, but this is not the first time and at completely different hours.
I've been working in the service sector for about two years, I know what it's like to work with people, how difficult it can be, but this time it was already too much. I'm unlikely to come to this branch again.

A very unpleasant female cashier who is rude, rolls her eyes and responds inadequately to comments. She offered me to stand up and work in her place, which I could easily do, since I started from this position myself, dispersed queues many times more and much faster, and now I train such "workers" in service standards. They work without badges, no first name, no last name. It is clearly worth reviewing the approach to customers and raising standards. If you are already opening points, then service them accordingly.
Unfortunately, you can't put less than one star, but I would. The saleswoman is rude and has a terrible attitude towards customers. He can't tell you anything, he can't find out or ask anything, he snatches the goods out of his hands. No matter who says that the prices are very low, but in fact the prices are the same as everywhere else, and for some goods even more than usual. There is almost no choice anymore (but maybe it's because of the eve of the holiday). In general, the impression of the store deteriorated, fortunately there was a fix price nearby, which had a larger assortment of goods, and the prices were adequate and the employees were much friendlier and more polite than this saleswoman who had no experience in this field at all.
