I ordered two identical sofas. Elena, a consultant, worked with me. Since there were no two identical sofas available, they promised to make them within a week and deliver them to Baranovichi. A week later, force majeure occurred - heavy snowfalls began and the delivery was slightly delayed. But we are all human beings and we all understand everything. In this case, I have no complaints. And so, after only two weeks (taking into account the non-standard situation), my sofas came to me. They are beautiful! We assembled the first sofa for about 30-35 minutes. Then we read the assembly instructions. The second one was assembled in just 5 minutes. I repeat: they are beautiful! Lightweight, weightless, easy to operate. I laid out one of them and just fell asleep. Reliable enough. Under my overweight, nothing wobbles and does not play out. When choosing a model, it was important for me to have high legs so that a robot vacuum cleaner could work unhindered under the sofa. Because I have a terrible allergy to dust. The robot was launched, the tests passed perfectly!

He does not hear the client at all, hides the contacts of the head. Somehow, the desire to buy something disappears.

I finally got to write a review for the kitchen. The kitchen was installed in June 2022. The guys are really professionals in their field. We came for measurements, worked out the project for the existing equipment. It should be noted that not one, but several completely different projects were made. All the wishes were taken into account, and it was very difficult to do, our kitchen is not big at all. The production dates are maintained, the assembly is carried out very carefully. During the operation, I understand more and more that we made the right choice. Every inch is thought out, everything is very compact, rational and practical. The quality of both the kitchen and the assembly is pleasing to the eye.

Furniture has to be bought infrequently, but it so happened that we were just doing repairs in the apartment, and it was necessary to furnish the nursery. I would like the furniture to be functional, reliable, practical and cozy. We chose the furniture company "Andria". They called, explained all our "wishes" and finally decided on a choice. We waited a month, as the furniture was custom-made. And now we have a new children's "Florence" from Soyuzmebel!!! Thanks a lot to the consulting girls and everyone who took part in our order, the movers and drivers.
The delivery was done for free. I really like the quality and design of the furniture, now let's see how it will serve.

We ordered an entrance hall "Baikal 5". It was not available, they said "on order". The delivery time is a month and a half without changing the cost. That's how it turned out. It was delivered almost 1.5 months later. The price for us has remained the same (although the entrance hall has become more expensive by 50p on the website).
Unfortunately, I was at work at the time of delivery (they had delivery to the entrance). The order was accepted by the spouse. I asked the driver to help me bring it into the apartment (1st floor). The driver was understanding, helped, and even checked the mirror for integrity, special thanks to him.
The hallway was assembled quickly, a small factory defect was found (2 sidewalls turned out to be left and there were no gas lifts). I called, we listened, everything was taken into account without any problems. The gas lifts were sent by mail on the same day, it turned out to be more difficult with the sidewall, the issue could not be resolved immediately, they had to send a complaint to the manufacturer (located in Russia). In the light of well-known events, it turned out to be another month plus. We temporarily assembled the hallway as it is, and waited exactly a month for the sidewall. Andria thanked them for their patience and apologized (it is clear that it all did not depend on them).
In general, as a result, the impressions turned out to be positive, I think my case is an isolated one. Previously, we ordered a wall in the living room from them, there were no problems at all.
