It is very average, the food is carried for a long time, the service is poor, they could not find paper menus, they asked to scan QR.
The prices are quite high, while the entire menu also has +20% service (except breakfast)
They didn't bring maple syrup to the pancakes, then they started to prove that it shouldn't be there. We asked for the menu and showed that it was there. They said the menu is old)
The food is not the worst, but not wow. Coffee is also average.
I don't understand at all how this institution got 5.0 grades. The reviews seem to be screwed up.

I really liked the atmosphere, the kitchen is the best, but everything is spoiled by the staff who are not competent in their work. no one met us, then they tried to catch the waiter for a long time, ordered pasta and twice clarified that dessert would be brought to me after eating. as a result: tea was brought without sugar and without lemon, although we asked for tea with lemon and sugar, we also forgot about dessert. I reminded him about it, they still didn't bring it even after 25-30 minutes. I went down to the cashier to ask for the bill and asked to remove the dessert from it, to which they replied that it was almost ready and I had to stand and wait until it was put with me.

I've been there 2 times, the only plus is that you work 24/7... well, to be fair, you have a beautiful interior. But of course the food... we ordered a burrito, the ingredients were as if spoiled, we also ordered breakfast (I don't remember the name, but there are omelets and sausages) so the sausages were like the cheapest from the store. If you objectively evaluate this institution, then a lot of questions arise in the process:
1. Why is the cafe staff dressed in everything from sweaters to miniskirts and shorts? Enter a uniform dress code, pliz.
2. Why is the service fee 20% (this fee freezes me out in general, but in the places of applicants, especially!), and the waiter / hostess or who it is (it is unclear from the clothes), you need to remind the request to bring a vase for flowers three times??
And why are the waiters not trained to offer this vase on their own?! These are the basics of the service!
3. The dishes are absolutely ordinary at least, but somewhere they deviate from traditional recipes for the worse (for example, sour fo bo!, which by the way is not stated in the menu as sour!). You either declare immediately so as not to take it, or find a normal recipe already.
4. Well, the crown, the lamps in the toilets. Tall men will have to bend over so as not to hit their heads or burn off their hair.
In conclusion, I would like to emphasize once again: 10 waiters / hostesses loitering around and still do not understand who, at an almost empty restaurant, who do not rush to the visitor, but communicate pleasantly behind the bar, raises a reasonable question - why 20% of the service fee?

Just a month ago, I was delighted with the place (despite the bad hood), everything was fine: staff, service, interior (of course), food.
The last 2 times I was very upset with the service. I do not know what happened, but the waiters began to come every half hour. The food takes a wildly long time to cook. I could have sinned against the workload during Iftar, but today we arrived at about 00:30, almost no one was in the institution, as a result, we waited again for half an hour when the order was accepted. Moreover, the waiter accepted the order with a slight hint of passive aggression, sarcastically after each selected position.
And after we asked for the bill, as soon as the ordered desserts were served, he asked: "is it now to pick up the bill or come back later?" Damn, they just brought the food, what kind of question is that?! As a result, he stood at the table and stared into his wallet while counting the money.
To put it mildly, I am shocked by what happened to the service. I would have given 1 star if it wasn't for the interior and the food

Have you ever thought that after ordering a juicy medium rare roast steak, you will be brought a large piece of unroasted beef kebab marinated in vinegar? Me too, but in this place you can feel this experience) We ordered t-bone and New York with my wife. Doubts were taken when the meat was brought, which smelled of vinegar and was in pieces of onion. After trying it, we were convinced that it did not seem to us. Guys, I understand that Tashkent and here you need to eat kebabs, but kamon, please do not spoil the meat!! It's a very sad sight. If you go to Instagram and watch the cooking video, you will see the cherished pieces of beef in onion and vinegar, it's a pity that we didn't see this earlier. They didn't eat enough and left. Don't set foot in here anymore!

Unfortunately, both the service and the food are very low level. No one met me at the entrance, I caught an employee, said that the table was booked. She replied, "Just a second," left and disappeared altogether. There are a lot of employees in the hall, 10 people in total, and no one is doing anything, they stand endlessly and chat at the counter, they stick to their phones. Why are they there if they don't work? The waiters themselves never come up, there are waiter call screens on the tables - zero reaction. And besides us, there were only 1 people in the hall at the table. On the third attempt, my order was accepted. My husband brought flowers - zero reaction. I had to ask them three times to put them in a vase, the answer is: "yes, just a second" - and the person disappears. At the same time, 20% of the service fee is charged!! In general, PLEASE remove this service fee, let people start moving their fifth point and serve guests normally, earning tips. The food is for three, sour, tasteless, the breakfast dishes are questionable. We're definitely not coming back here anymore.
