It's not the first time we've taken flowers here. everything is always fresh and beautiful) Daniel is a real magician, he can collect a beautiful bouquet for any price and this bouquet is sure to be lush and beautiful. this is definitely my favorite flower after the first visit. Many thanks to the guys for their smiles, professionalism and love for their work.

There was our favorite flower shop, we bought from them a long time ago, until the last bouquet of our daughter's birthday.. some of the flowers in the bouquet were cut to the very ribbon and naturally did not reach the water and the floor of the bouquet withered, in response to my complaint, I was offered to replace these flowers, but I just wonder if I had to disassemble the bouquet, change the flowers, and then put them back together?! After that, I myself offered to give me a discount on this amount. It would have been fine, but after that I took apart the bouquet and all the flowers were different and without paper it all looked just ugly. Photos were sent to the store, no one tried to resolve the issue in any way and did not even apologize, although with simple apologies and dialogue, it was possible to resolve the issue and not get such a review
