Terrible insurance company! I insured the apartment and being the injured party, I cannot refund the money for repairs! The payout amount is ridiculous! We will contact the Ministry of Finance!!!

The worst insurance policy I've ever encountered (and I've insured in almost all of them). Not only is there an outspoken "redneck" among the employees, who considers it possible to impose obscenities on the client over the phone, so they were paid a couple of times only after a complaint to the Ministry of Finance. One case has still not been paid (for more than a year and a half). In another case, they were paid, but then they were charged from the driver (to whom the owner had the right to transfer control). Recently, the name was changed to "Euroins". I advise everyone to avoid this insurance company.

The car is on a hard hat. The staff cannot be reached, you need to come in person. I went to make an estimate of the cost of car repairs myself. They said that they had sent a request to the police, they asked me to write them a request myself. I came to the police after 1.5 months - they did not receive anything from the insurance. It is unclear what the money was paid for.
