There were few advantages for me)
1. Proximity to the sea and the beautiful Sukhumi embankment.
2. Beautiful, modern two elevators.
3. Green area, there is a place to sit.
4. Evening discos, although I am not an amateur, but the people had fun, danced.
5.The room has a small refrigerator, air conditioning, TV.
The rest were cons
There are no blankets in the rooms, it's not so hot in October anymore, it was freezing at night.
The plumbing is new, as well as the renovation in the rooms, but everything is flowing, taps, battery in the bathroom, water is rusty from the tap, it's scary to wash.
There is a table in the room, but not a single chair.
There is no kettle either.
The staff couldn't cope in the dining room, there were constantly no plates, spoons, sometimes it took up to 30 minutes. The food is ordinary, as in all canteens, but because of the lack of appliances, people grabbed everything with their hands (cheese, sausage, pancakes, etc
., There was practically no boiling water either. One 1.5 liter kettle for the entire dining room (400 seats), and the one with a broken button that had to be held down to make it work. Accordingly, there is a queue for water to drink tea or coffee.

There is a swimming pool, but there was no heating, the water in it is cool, considering that the air temperature in the afternoon was 26-27, it did not have time to warm up. And its purity is questionable.
Cleaning. We lived for 4 days, there was no cleaning, the towel was not changed, and the linen, respectively.
Local alcohol, one kind of beer is the cheapest, wine, I doubt it's natural, most likely powder.
I can't recommend a vacation with such a service!

There was plenty of food in the dining room, the staff were great, they instantly brought what was missing. The only drawback was that there were not enough spoons at the beginning, but this was fixed. But the shock was from our hungry, angry people. Who were always shaking and picking up fruits, cheese, sausage with dirty hands and artificially creating queues!!!It's been a long time since I've seen such ugly behavior from vacationers. On the beach, the sun beds are free, the animation is also tried. So we liked everything, especially for such a meager price. We will come and recommend it to our friends. I hope the service will be even better in the future.
