It looks more like a dining room, there is no menu in Russian, but there are pictures on the menu, we tried pilaf and manti, I highly recommend manti, delicious, soft and incredibly tender. There are a lot of locals in the dining room, which means the place is good, and in general, if you do not overestimate the expectation, you can eat very tasty and inexpensive there.
