It's something with something! I rarely write reviews, but it just boiled over! I signed up for a pedicure about (!) a week in advance, for the right event. I barely waited for the appointment, I come a little earlier than the appointed time, the administrator says the master is still busy. I sat down to wait. My time has come....And I'm still sitting...the administrator does not care about me, the other masters do the same, violently discussing their vacations and vacation payments. so I sat for 30 minutes, after which they tell me that the master does not have time. When asked how long I have to wait, they asked me in surprise what exactly do you need today?! Well, it makes sense that yes!!!
Naturally I was outraged, and left. I heard it a hundred times after, well, let's rewrite it.
I understand everything, but this attitude is piggish! No apologies, no attention, you sit and wait and wait! Well, big deal, we won't have time to do it! They would have warned me at least right away, so as not to sit so much! It's terrible!!!
