Initially, they did not greet me, they answered in a monotone
I wanted to sign up for 2 procedures and only when I asked a clarifying question myself, then they answered. Then I clarified the window for another procedure and received a dry "no" and did not even offer the nearest one, and then stopped responding altogether
Please do not leave this attitude of the administrator aside

I didn't like it terribly. Haircut and beard in exactly 15 minutes. Upon arrival home, of course, a bunch of "antennae" on his head. Scratches on the neck from careless movements of the typewriter. Alas, the "specialist" was just tired, and wanted to look at the graduates. My hair was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
