Everything was great, but there were no sides (and so everything is fine, almost all the staff are polite, but one Kazakh employee who sits at the reception is a rude woman, apparently does not want to work

Everything is fine, the game is interesting. Only the time is immediately marked, while you change your shoes, it takes at least 10 minutes before you start. And so everything is great.
