In words, everything seemed clear when placing an order, but then with the receipt and replacement of goods - a complete deception and fraud! An expensive product was paid for, another cheap product was brought, which cannot even be applied. Manager Elena, instead of resolving the claim, said "well, it happened", come yourself, since you are far away, 100 km from Minsk, the company cannot make a replacement at its own expense. When I warned that I would come myself to make a replacement, there was no product, although I waited a whole week.as a result, as a favor, the money was returned. I am shocked by this kind of work! I do not advise anyone!!!
