The store itself is excellent, there is a large selection of goods... but the service itself is terrible. I don't know about other departments, I'll just say where I was and wanted to make a purchase. The staff goes about their business, no one comes up. And if everyone is lucky enough to find a consultant, then he just comes up with such reluctance and with a dissatisfied face, as if I distracted him from an important matter. And every word needs to be extracted from him. He will not offer anything, he will not advise. I have been to this store more than once, although the product range is diverse, there is no desire to make a purchase at all with such an attitude to the customer. Balago in Lugansk there are many other good shops where customers are always happy to see.

I wanted to just look at the colors to make a choice, with a scandal, I finally entered the department, but the lights were already turned off and the consultants were no longer there, they were already going home. I went up to the administrator and asked for a complaint book. I wanted to complain why the store was closed even though it should still be open, but I was refused a Complaint book. I asked the Administrator's last name, to which I was given the answer that she did not have a last name. Now you will have to contact other authorities. The attitude towards customers is boorish, there is no culture of communication. Do not go to this store where the service is at zero. I hope a consumer protection check will come to them and they will find a lot more interesting things
