We previously agreed that they would come to the facility and calculate how many materials are needed for us to prepare. As a result, they refused to go to the facility, told them to go to their office, bring photos or whatever, the size of the house (just a laugh), accused of consumer extremism.... It's simple...No comments... They told us to go to their office to sign a contract, because suddenly they will count on the materials, and we will refuse) but how can you take an object if you haven't seen it live???? Also, according to the cost of the contract, they said that it would be preliminary, the cost may change in the process, well, everything is clear here) We had to look for other performers, more adequate, who went to the facility at a convenient time for us, calculated two options for the cost of work and materials, did everything and the cost did not change, everything was as agreed.
I do not recommend this organization, everything was OK at the first conversation, but in fact they could have immediately refused.
And the cost of lumber is not so small, 50 km from Minsk - on sawmills from 350 rubles.
