You can say that it is a legend, but the company has lost its leadership in the Belarusian market, it is practically bankrupt. He does not get out of debt, accounts are constantly under arrest, he does not pay off with contractors, I strongly advise him not to ever contact them.
They really don't like to pay for the delivered goods. They make a partial payment and insist on shipping the entire volume of goods. Initially, the payment term is not specified in the contract. If you are caught doing this, write a contractual letter demanding payment and the payment period will be 7 calendar days from the date the trust receives your letter. Of course, send the letter by registered mail with a notification. On the demand to deliver part of the goods according to the received money, if you have a 100% prepayment in the contract, you can suspend the shipment, and after the previously specified 7 days for payment, refuse to ship at all and do not be afraid of a fine of 5% of the transaction for refusing to execute the contract (also spelled out in the standard letterhead of the trust) They cannot impose a fine on you, because the trust has not fulfilled the payment conditions. The accounts receivable for the delivered metal from the trust reaches up to 2 years!!! Be vigilant.
