I'm from Russia myself, so I'm spoiled by good service, I won't hide it.
After moving to Belarus (Mogilev), it was a pain for me to find a good salon with excellent service. Of the three marked places, I chose Boucher.
I signed up for eyelash lamination and correction + eyebrow coloring. The procedure was done to me by a girl named Elizabeth. I liked everything so much (from the atmosphere of the salon to the quality of the procedure) that the other day I visited this salon for the second time.
