Great hotel with lots of facilities and near from all activities in Dubai. Next to the metro station. Breakfast is very good and coffee shop in the lobby having lots of affordable prices for food and coffee.
Team are very supportive and helping
It’s really very good hotel and very clean staff from reception very helpful specially abdur bellboy always help us great job thank you very much to everyone
Very nice cleaning my room indrajit is very kind and very helpful every time he is doing great way for me. Very nice and cool place to stay here its amazing hotel
I really like the hotel, everything is clean and tidy. The service is top-notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although we only have breakfast, there is a very large selection of menus and we have enough until the evening because you can't eat everything, but you want to. The location is near the metro, which gives the advantage of saving money on taxi costs. Get to any place in Dubai. Of the cons, there are so few pros about this hotel. Many thanks to the Aladdin Group tour agency and Irina. Irina is very responsive and will always tell you how to spend the best time in Dubai, as well as help you save money on tours, very low prices.
The very condition of the hotel is of average wear and tear . The location is convenient , there are many different food outlets nearby, both the most popular chain and regular local ones, as well as Dubai's only Do-Do pizza. 😀
Transfer to the beach, but there are few two flights in the morning towards the beach (which costs 5 dirhams per person) and about 30 people can be accommodated in the transfer, if they don't take a taxi. Convenient metro nearby. The breakfasts correspond to 3 * and of course, at the end of the week, the same type will arrive.
And now about the disadvantages , which are very unpleasant .
We were warned that local hotels basically don't understand what a three-bed room is and that a child needs to sleep separately. It turns out that the third reclining place is a mini sofa, in principle it is enough for the child, but they do not consider it necessary to put a set of linen for this sofa for the three guests who have paid. And a third set of two towels. And so the daily quest is to explain at the reception and separately to the cleaners on the floor that there are three of us and we need three towels. Then they will bring it, then they won't bring it again.
In the shower, the design of the glass partition of the shower is such that there is always water on the floor throughout this room , every time you come out with wet feet .
Even if you built a hotel near a remote highway and the subway line runs right next to the windows, make sure you provide sound insulation, it's not very pleasant to wake up earlier from the hum of a double-glazed window.
The administration and the owners have something to think about.
We had a rest in early November : we liked the hotel and the location - metro , bus stops, any cafes and shops, as well as exchangers 200-600 meters away.
The room itself is modern, comfortable , there was enough space for everything . There is a rope in the shower to dry things ( many wrote that there was nowhere ) . However , if they settle on the side where the highway is , it is very noisy . We moved to the opposite side without any problems.
Every day, 3 times a day , transfer to the beautiful huge beach 🏝️: 9:00, 10:00,13:00 and back again . The bus is not big , but everyone always left the first time . And they also take you to the Deira community center every day , Day to Day .
The staff is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious. I liked everything. Cleaning every day , and when we put a dollar tip , we also put our things together.
In general, everything is fine, the food is delicious (omelet / eggs / cheeses of various types / vegetables / some pastries / fruits, everything you need is there). The room is clean, pleasant to stay in, the bed linen and towels are spotless. There are no problems with water. We needed the hotel to sleep and have breakfast, so it's a great option. There didn't seem to be any cockroaches. Nice guy Hassan and Suren)
The metro is 2 minutes away.
On the downside: there is no storage space and no shelf in the bathroom. Far from all the sights.
Excellent apartments. The rooms are modern, the staff is polite and caring.
The food is very tasty, they took it with breakfast and dinner, not once in a week has there been such a thing that they came, but there is nothing to eat or it is not tasty and even at the end of the meal period. It is always clean, delicious and there is a lot of choice.
The only thing that I would consider a disadvantage is the area in which the hotel is located. Yes, it's cool that it's close to the airport, but going for a walk in the evening or going to some place nearby for a change is nothing. But there is an amazing bakery behind the Sevana Hotel called, the only place in the area where I would like to go.
Otherwise, just great apps.
We stayed at this hotel from November 6 to November 13. I liked the hotel. Convenient location - the metro is within walking distance of 2 minutes on foot. The room is clean, comfortable, located on the 3rd floor (non-smoking floor). We arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m. and checked in before the estimated time, around 13 p.m. At the reception, the pleasant smiling staff helped to connect the Wi-Fi, which works perfectly throughout the hotel. The tour was taken for breakfast, dinner was ordered by delivery of Russian cuisine from the Skazka restaurant, the prices are reasonable, the portions are large and delicious. The hotel has a selection of dishes for breakfast as usual, everything is delicious and satisfying. The breakfasts were excellent. There is a shuttle service to Al Mamzar beach strictly according to schedule - at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 13 p.m. there and back at 13:15 and 18 p.m., very convenient. The beach is paid 5 dirhams, but there is also a free one, just 300 meters away from the paid one. The hotel has a swimming pool, not deep, but it was quite enough, there are always free sun beds by the pool. We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will be happy to return again.
Excellent service! Very friendly staff, pleasant breakfasts! But I liked the lunches and dinners even more, there were practically no people there, but there was insanely delicious fish and meat. We cleaned every day, put some water on. Everyone speaks English. There were a few missing slippers and dental supplies, but that doesn't spoil the impression. And the best part is the transfer to Al Mamzar beach. The beach is magical! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and look modern.
A wonderful 3-star hotel! The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to help.
I would especially like to mention the work of the chef: he prepares breakfast right in front of you, and it's very tasty!
The rooms at the hotel are clean and cozy.
The location of the hotel is very convenient: there is a beach nearby, and the city center is a 15-minute drive from the hotel.
This hotel is perfect for a holiday and I recommend it to everyone!
It's not a bad hotel, the staff is excellent. We took full board, the food was according to the menu card, everything was delicious, we had enough. It is located in a working-class area, but right at the exit of the subway, we were the only white people there and tall)) The Indians looked at us in amazement. There's not much to see in the area. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the municipal beach, which is fine in principle, and the beach is equipped with everything you need
It is located close to the airport and metro station.
There are cafes, restaurants and exchangers within walking distance.
It is always clean and cozy at the reception, they fumble in English.
The staff is polite and tidy. They always say hello, help open the door
The food is delicious and varied,
The rooms are clean and cozy. Coffee, tea, sugar, water are always available, replaced every day, hair dryer in the room. The sockets are all non-standard, but there is a normal charger under the bedside table near the bed and in the shower. There is a pointer where you can charge your phone. There is always hot water, although digital technology does not immediately figure out how to adjust the faucet.
There is a private pool with a shower and a changing room. Gym.
Shuttles to the beach go from 10 o'clock, there are no standing places and there will be no order, as always.
The driver does his job clearly, there are no seats, sit and wait for the next flight. In 30-40 minutes. Picks up at 13.00 or 18.00
Nice hotel, I recommend it.
Everything is great! Location next to the metro, there are 2 supermarkets nearby, and the LULU hypermarket is further away. Everything is new, clean, the staff is friendly, a delicious variety of breakfasts. There is a transfer to the beach.
We liked it.
I liked the hotel, the metro is close, everything is as stated in the rooms. We cleaned every day, not super high quality, of course, it's normal for 3 *, of course it's a long way to go to the center. The staff is friendly and always eager to help if necessary. The food is normal, you won't stay hungry, there is a cafe on the ground floor. Generally, it's budget-friendly, but decent.
A comfortable hotel near the airport. Although the city center is far away, the metro is very close, which makes up for the transport accessibility. There are many shops and cafes in the area. The interior design is quite aesthetic and neat. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Parking was provided free of charge for the entire stay.
The hotel left the most impressions of the trip. Unfortunately, the negative ones. Considering that they chose it just for an overnight stay.
1. Room with modern renovation. And that's where the advantages end
2. There are no places to store things. There are 3 hangers where we have to fit all the clothes on 2. Of course, it turns out that part of it remains lying on the couch, chair, in a suitcase
3. Lack of sound insulation. The first night I couldn't sleep, because the children were running in the common corridor (12-1 a.m.). I went down to the reception to solve this issue, because the children were screaming and screaming without hesitation. The issue has not been resolved. The reason: the guests are asked to keep their voices down, but, unfortunately, they do not listen.
That is, the hotel administration takes the side of noisy and violating the rights of other guests
4. A drill can be heard in the room during the day. They can't do anything about it either. This is a renovation of the building, the same missing sound insulation is to blame for everything
5. There was a cockroach running around in the room. This was already the last straw, after which they changed the room, although I would like a hotel 😢 (the room was on the 1st floor, moved to the 3rd)
6. Breakfast is a disappointment. This is absolutely not a European option. There is a greater focus on Hindus and Pakistanis, of whom there are many. Beans, beans in sauces, strange noodles with something unclear. From the usual: eggs of all kinds, sometimes hash browns, pancakes. There is cheese slicing, sausage slicing - for good luck. Out of 8 breakfasts, we saw sausage 2-3 times.
Buns for 3 out of 5. There is no coffee machine. There is black coffee from the boiler, milk separately. Lots of teas. There is one type of juice and 2 types of water: regular, with additives.
I compare breakfasts with a 3-star hotel in Sharjah. Heaven and Earth :(
I don't set foot in this hotel anymore. If you have previously been in a good 3-4, then this one will most likely be a disappointment.
We stayed at the hotel from November 18 to November 25. In general, the hotel is not bad, cleaning, changing towels every day. The breakfasts are normal, but not straight wow (sausages, ham, porridge, fruits (watermelon, melon, orange) mini croissants, chocolate puffs, donuts) fried eggs, boiled egg, you can ask to make an omelet, tea, coffee, juice, beans, etc., you will not stay hungry. Upon check-in, we paid a tax of 10 dirhams per day (1 room, we had 2 total 140 dirhams) plus for earlier check-in we asked for 50 dirhams per room. The staff does not speak Russian. Near the metro, they mostly used it. A transfer takes you to Al-Mamzar beach at 9.00, 10.00 and 13.00, and takes you back at 10, 13, 18.00. There is also a transfer to Deira City at 19.00 (you will have to get back yourself) There are a lot of cafes nearby, but we didn't find anything decent for ourselves (everywhere rice, chicken ((((apparently built for the local population. We only took breakfast and ate at shopping malls or in another area. Nearby there are 2 pizzerias, KFS (for fast food lovers) Overall, the impression is 4, and I hardly want to return to this hotel again (
I had a rest here in January 2020, a very nice hotel, there is everything you need, nothing superfluous. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. An exchange office and a supermarket are just a few steps away from the hotel, as well as the metro and many cafes.
A great city hotel! There are a lot of cafes and restaurants for every taste nearby! The breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. There is a free shuttle service to al-Mamzar beach, but get ready for the battle for seats on the bus, you will not always be able to leave the first time. We took a taxi through the Kareem app for about 30 dirhams one way.
In principle, the hotel is good, but the cockroaches surprised us very much. They were also supposedly surprised at the reception... but I think they know the problem. The food was taken for breakfast, everything was decent! The pool is small and heated. There's plenty of room. I would like to advise you to update the linen and clean the furniture, because you can see the stains and stale bedding. The location is good, everything is nearby. The metro is close. Burj Khalifa is 30 minutes away by metro. The Marina is 40 minutes away. The area where Pakistanis and Hindus live. If you are prepared for this, then your vacation will not be ruined! I'm shooting 2 stars for two cockroaches that visited our room for 2 days!😅
I took the hotel for the night, because it is located within walking distance from the airport (terminal 2). There is a metro station nearby. The room is clean, the plumbing is tired, but for five thousand a day you could get into worse trouble.
A great place, the hotel staff is polite, listened to the wishes, the food was delicious, near the metro, the shuttle service to the beach is free, there are plenty of inexpensive shops near the hotel
It's great, I really liked everything. The dinners are delicious, the breakfasts are hearty. The transfer is stable, takes you to a gorgeous beach. The metro is nearby, in the evenings you can go to any attraction.
Good sound insulation, quiet, but some rooms overlook the highway and the subway (there is a slight noise, but not critical for me). The breakfasts are rather meager and monotonous. Cleaning every day, 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee. The safe is large, the shower is good. The metro is 3 minutes away. The area of workers (Hindus, Pakistanis 95%), the subway is crowded during rush hour.
A very nice hotel in a convenient location! Good staff and delicious cuisine!!!!
Thank you very much for the service to the waiter Hassan!!!
Very friendly and helpful!!!
A good hotel matching its stars. The room is clean, the room is cleaned every day. There is also water, tea, and coffee replenished in the room every day. The most positive thing is the proximity of the metro)
It is convenient that there is a metro station nearby., but it is necessary to go to Burj Khalifa with a transfer and about 30 minutes. The airport is close, but it is quiet enough even if the windows overlook the street.Polite staff, daily cleaning. You can hear from the hallway if someone is talking very loudly.A shuttle goes to Al Mamzar beach: 10 minutes without traffic jams, with traffic jams the path is lengthened by 2 times.breakfast is a buffet, a large selection. There is a swimming pool, but we did not visit it.It is located in the Dane area, where there are many cafes and shops and it is cheaper compared to the center.
The hotel is wonderful, everything you need in the room is always at hand. Near metro, supermarkets, airport, pizzeria and Moroccan cuisine. The hotel organizes transport to the beach. If you walk a little way to Mamzar Park, you can find yourself on wonderful beaches, without molestation and with all the amenities. Entrance is 5 aed, you can pay with a metro card nol. Yarn there seems to be 5, you can choose any, the approach is perfect, the sea is clean, warm.
Breakfast at the hotel was also very pleasing, for the first time I ate Hawaiian rice with fresh pineapple, it turned out to be very tasty. Also, as a lover of greens, I really liked the choice of crispy, and spinach and white cabbage, white cabbage, and iceberg and even wheat germ. A pleasant refreshing drink with fruit was also pleasing in the morning. There were cheeses and fruits and porridge and omelets and sausages and noodles too, there was also salinity like olives, cucumbers and something else there. It was also nice to understand that you are safe, because you can only take the elevator to the floor where you live by reading the card. The left will not get in any way. The pool is clean, small, there was enough space, towels were given out. If you lie with your back to the exit, you can see the takeoffs of the 380 aircraft, the largest passenger aircraft in the world, very cool!. At the same time, the insulation in the room is excellent, there are no extraneous sounds, noise from the road, or the TV in the next room. Probably, if I come back again, I will check into this hotel, because it is ideal for seasoned tourists who are familiar with the city and are not eager to sit by the sea for days.
A lot has already been written about the hotel.
I'll fill in the information that I didn't have enough. To take the elevator, you first attach a card. Then click on the desired floor.. What interested me was the Max store within walking distance, you can buy a T-shirt or jeans. There is an Indian snack bar diagonally next to this store near the mosque, there are quite a lot of them in the area. Low prices and lots of Indians. I ate it once. I felt fine, but I didn't dare take the child there for dinner. We have been to decent places: the decent Aghwat Al Sham restaurant (40-60 derham) per person, and the Indian restaurant Tauji (lunch for two 70-80 derham), Qashima chai _ there is an inexpensive milk Shake 8 derham, tea and kebab, quite. For lunch, you can take 2 kebabs and tea (11 derham). We also visited the Ethiopian restaurant Ethiopia Green Restaurant Dubai for general development, it was interesting to go, we ordered one dish, one drink and a coffee ceremony. It turned out to be 140 dirhams.
Freshly squeezed juice can be made by yourself and bought at the viva store, it costs 13 dirhams 1 liter.
In map a little marked, shops and cafes, with more information to google maps. I use Yandex maps to build routes. In principle, everything was clearly shown which routes, which stations, where to get off, where to change trains, but sometimes navigation was buggy.
In the subway, you can buy a ticket at a vending machine or at the cashier, if the machine does not make the change, save the receipt and contact the cashier. In the subway, the first or last carriage is for women and children.
When you take the subway from the Studio m hotel.... somewhere, you leave from Al-Kyada station, and when you return, the navigator suggests that you go to Abu Kheil station, but it is not convenient to go from this station to the hotel, you need to cross the main road, so go to Al station-Kyada and exit 2, exit at Viva market.
Where I've been is Dubai mall, Deira city, Global village, and the Waterfront Market.
A great hotel for those who want to save money. The metro is 300 meters away. There are small shopping malls nearby and a sportswear outlet just 100 meters away. Two grocery stores. One is more respectable, the second is like a Siskin, there are only local products.
There are restaurants within walking distance, to put it mildly, of Oriental cuisine. It's a long 45 minutes walk to the sea. But they take you to the beach from the hotel. The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts are quite hearty. (The photo is not a hotel, but a view from the window)
I liked the hotel, cozy and clean. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions that arise. The hotel is well located, near the metro, which allows you to move and travel around Dubai without additional taxi expenses. It is also close to the airport of Dubai, very convenient as independent visits without a tour operator. To the nearest beach al mamzar (the park part is paid) there are free zones nearby, an hour on foot or a maximum of 15 minutes by taxi, the taxi cost is about 20 derham. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, many cafes and restaurants.
I liked everything, for the money that I paid, everything is decent. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Near the metro, supermarket, exchanger. I recommend
The food was delicious and a lot, we got better in a week because of breakfast. It is located near the road, but the metro is close, there is a swimming pool, gym, shuttle service to the beach and shopping center, gym. Cons in terms of sheets, they are either dirty or torn, but they hide it by throwing it down, well, of course, people just get dirty, but it does not wash off, and it is constantly expensive to throw it away.
We stayed in hotels forcibly, from the organizers of rhythmic gymnastics competitions, from 11/27/2024 to 12/3/2024 in room 301. The shower head did not work in the room, the sink drain did not work, there was not a single towel hook. All the irons brought were leaking and had burnt soles, the plugs were cut off twice and the hair dryer did not work, one Euro socket was working in the whole room to charge the phone, there were no shower accessories, diluted soap with water in the soap dispensers, the consistency of water. The staff does not speak or understand Russian, it was not possible to agree with the translator on the repair of everything that was not working. The food is the same every day. In general, the staff is friendly and helpful. Maximum 2 stars for this hotel.
Great hotel, clean, very attentive and courteous staff! They settled earlier check in time, they try to prepare rooms for new arrivals as soon as possible. Decent and delicious breakfasts, Al Kyada metro station is 2 minutes away, convenient. There are all kinds of shops nearby. The room is spacious, I lived alone. Cleaning is done daily, water, tea and coffee are replenished. There are enough towels in the shower, there is liquid soap and gel. I recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel! The transport interchange is normal, there is a metro nearby. The buffet is varied, you can choose a lot of delicious and satisfying things. The room for two is the best, it is cleaned often, in general, cleanliness and order throughout the hotel. The outdoor pool is very cozy and clean. This hotel is well suited for small families and those who are more inclined to excursions and walks.
Everything is great. The staff is polite and helpful, they will always help. The breakfast is good, there are a lot of delicious things. The room is clean. Of the disadvantages, there are few sockets of the RF format and the main pain is towels. They were always picked up and no one brought them, they were asked at the reception every day. But in general, I liked everything
