Among the advantages: close to the promenade for walking, beautiful view from the window, clean and not deep pool, there is a gym.
But the most important thing is that there is a desalination plant next to the house, it makes a terrible noise!!!! It's just something! I do not know how people live there on a permanent basis. The noise from the cars will seem like white noise, compared to this eerie hum. I had to use earplugs to sleep normally. You just can't sit on a balcony with such noise and enjoy these views. I do not recommend renting a place here
