A very cool salon. Masseuses are all super, a large list of types of massage. The staff is kind, you can talk or keep quiet. I really liked the scrubbing, Natalia also did the massage for free. Facial cleansing is also super, a very nice woman. The face is clean. Any specialist can advise you more. I recommend. The prices are adequate. Manicure is just a nightmare. The form is not displayed. The varnish is not dried. The top fell in lumps. I immediately went to another salon to redo it. The master's entire blouse was stained with black splashes when removed. The milling cutter was covered with wet varnish. The form was adjusted. The manicure itself (cuticle) too.
A year ago, I did nail extensions in this studio - it was pure delight. Just perfect nails that you can't take your eyes off.
Now I left with tears, afraid that I won't be able to fix it today (I'm flying to a conference at night)
I left the money for the job... But I would rather give them to the girl at the reception who sincerely tried to help me

I was on a complex coloring. I came to completely transform, i.e. lighten the strands, but according to the master, my hair does not accept pigment well. Before that, I sent to the salon the coloring that I would like to do and in the end, what I came with and left with... Only after paying 300 rubles for it, I am very disappointed, I do not understand why the calorist makes a decision for the client, this is another question. I wouldn't go a second time for anything. Stone therapy is super, a nice woman, I really liked it. After the massage, I asked the administrator if they could trim the ends, the hairdresser said: "only one cut, if in a row - this is already a full-fledged haircut." I am very surprised by this, because I often trim the ends in a row, it takes the masters 20 minutes at most and no one takes as for a full haircut. My hair is not goose-like, from the word, at all, and the hairdresser saw it.

I definitely won't go for a manicure and pedicure anymore - the most important thing is the sterility of the instrument, I have big questions about it, after several files were taken out of the bedside table and put back (naturally, without processing), I decided not to take any more risks. I visited 2 masters - the first master specializes in extensions, I did a regular manicure with a coating barbarously, the nails are very badly damaged after its processing. The second master handles the feet well on the pedicure, but the quality of the coating on the legs and on the hands is not 5 points for sure, it is unacceptable for this price.

I was here for a manicure 2 times with the master Anastasia Burova, I was waiting for my turn, although I signed up in advance. Both times I went out with the wrong design that I wanted - the color of the varnish with the samples could not be reproduced by the master - I also persuaded that it was the same color😂, and the second time I said that after the pedicure there was no time left for manicure design - therefore, it can only be covered with monochrome🤐 - although during the recording I did not we clarified nothing about the design, I did it in a hurry - as a result, the garbage in the varnish got stuck on the nails and the varnish lay in strips in some places, the master said that it would not be visible.
10 minutes before the start, they called me and said that their device was broken - but when I arrived, they still made it broken! With an apparatus that worked somehow, the master said that I was lucky because of this. Near one nail, I erased the cuticle too much, so that now there are red spots - they hurt.
Not an explicit instrument processing process in the studio. They do not open the package with tools in front of the client. When asked how to process the master, she answered vaguely and reluctantly. At your own risk, believe it or not.
I don't want to go to Vianika for a manicure/pedicure anymore.
I paid 100 rubles for manicure removal + long-term coating and pedicure. I think that the quality of services provided is not worth the money.
