I would like to share my impressions about cooperation with our favorite travel agency "Studio of rest". I flew in from Cuba a week ago, I was vacationing there with my boyfriend, I liked the rest, the girl Anastasia helped us choose a hotel, Natai Beach Resort, we settled on this option, just a great hotel, the beach is nearby.
And most importantly, they were always in touch with me. If you had any questions or just wanted to clarify something, you were promptly answered and helped. Real care was felt!

I want to share my impressions of my trip abroad.
The price was doubled due to the distance between the passengers.
Upon arrival, at the first stop, the driver forbade passengers to get off the bus. The people he dropped off handed them their luggage, while in his carelessness he left my suitcase in the middle of the street, forgetting to load it back. Upon arrival at the place, the driver shrugged and drove away. This company refused to reimburse losses, allegedly no one except the passenger is responsible for the baggage. For your information, no baggage check was made. I do not advise contacting this agency if you do not want to be left without your own things.
