We arrived with a guy on a day off from another city to hand over concert tickets (because it was canceled), which we bought in this store. We approached the seller, who was as detached as possible, even despite the tickets, muttered that they say the delivery of tickets takes place from Monday to Friday. The guy came back to Minsk a week later, but on a weekday, in order to finally hand over the tickets. The seller was already different. He looked at our tickets and said that they allegedly could not be handed over, gave some phone numbers, told us to call there and take them there. Why we had to go to them twice from another city to find out where we need to hand over tickets, why the first seller did not explain everything to us right away, I still do not understand.
