The headphones were given away for repair. The master said it would be ready on December 25th. On December 25, we are calling whether to come for headphones, the answer is positive. When we arrived, I started with rudeness. I told you you could take them, but you didn't ask if they were ready. As a result, the headphones were disassembled and remained. Why would you waste your time and Ours and not tell us by phone that you need to wait? In the cold, we went to the city center to hear "Not ready." As a result, the master is an ignoramus and a boor who says that he does not want to work with me and repair anything. Of course there is no complaint book. He talked arrogantly and displeased. It makes sense then to undertake repairs. The service is disgusting. And all this happened in front of two witnesses. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I can't find contact with this person. There were no apologies for the inconvenience. Naturally, you will receive such a review in all instances and a corresponding reputation.
The advantage of this office is that at least he didn't send it anywhere and challenged it to a duel after exhaustion.
