I am writing to you with a complaint about the work of master Gudel Tatiana Anatolyevna. Unfortunately, I have an extremely negative impression of her professionalism and attitude towards clients.
First of all, I have repeatedly noticed that Tatiana Anatolyevna does not wash her hands after smoking and immediately starts cutting her clients' hair. This causes me serious concerns about hygiene and safety, especially when I was cutting my son's hair. We had to endure the unpleasant smell of tobacco during the haircut, which is absolutely unacceptable in the service conditions.
Secondly, her frequent smoking breaks (every 5 minutes) significantly increase the waiting time in line, which also creates discomfort for customers who have come for a haircut.
In addition, I would like to note that Tatiana Anatolyevna behaves incorrectly with visitors. She lacks communication skills, which makes a visit to your salon unpleasant.
I hope that you will take measures to improve the quality of service and pay attention to these problems.
