It all started with the fact that I had to contact this service due to an accident, and, as I was told, there were the best body repair specialists in it! We agreed on the terms of the repair and the cost of work with the director and the craftsmen, which I was quite satisfied with, since almost everything necessary for the repair was provided by me immediately! At first, the deadline for car delivery shifted by a month, then by two, then by three, etc. The director of Subaru Center was convincing and, citing various factors, continued to change the delivery dates of the car, after which I had to bring spare parts to the car that needed to be replaced during additional inspections... The epic lasted almost 3 years! Everything that is necessary and more has been submitted to the service! Suspicions arose when they called me and told me that the car was ready, although a week ago there was no talk of such happiness! I was met by one of the administrators, or rather, as they like to call themselves, the project manager! We went to the box and there was my already assembled and painted car! The first thing that confused me was that no one could provide me with an outfit sheet "because a lot of time had passed.".. Oh well! The project's handyman immediately informed me that for some unknown reason the Check engine was on fire, the key could not be removed from the ignition lock, the box could not switch from the parking lot, my battery could not be found, the wipers did not work, the trunk was jammed and other nightmare! They told me the cost of the work in the amount of 137,000rubles (110,000 for the work of the slipway, painting and welding, as well as 27,000 separately for the project manager), when asked what and why it wasn't working, the guy just mumbled and couldn't explain anything clearly! It was a total hell in the car, because even elementary rags were not thrown on the seat! Actually, the entire car interior fell into disrepair after some kind of work! With a heartbreak, I was able to start the car after I determined for myself that the crankshaft sensor was simply torn off... Somehow I covered a distance of 70 km and then had to leave my car in the garage for a long time! The most interesting thing awaited me next! After this outright "burial ground" for cars called Subaru Center, and now Bakra 2.0, I had to drive the car through various service stations and be surprised by more and more new surprises! The hood wiring was partially cut off, crushed, etc. due to incorrect installation during the installation of the internal combustion engine and automatic transmission, as a result of which some of the sensors became unusable! Allegedly, a partial oil change was made in the automatic transmission, but in fact I had to add 4 liters of oil, and the distance of even 100 km to a half-empty automatic transmission became disastrous for this device! Some of the transferred spare parts (radiator, rear brake discs, pads in a circle, front bumper booster and other small things) have evaporated, and used spare parts have been installed in their place or have not been installed at all! After opening the trunk, I found a box containing bottles with waste, which were damaged and leaked through the luggage compartment and into the car interior... And also in the box there were elements of salons of various car brands! I've been rebuilding my car after Subaru Center for half a year! The fact that my car was vandalized under the hood and in the cabin is simply beyond criticism! At first, everything was fine with the gaps, but when I removed the bumper frame and realized that the gaps were exposed by improvised means! The bumper was supported by 4 self-tapping screws and a 1st clip, while its shape was supported from the inside by a paralon and pieces of foam!

There are no professionals from the word at all! There are random crooks, like the director himself! No matter how the name of this garage changes, it will never be a salon like before!
I can't say anything bad about the service itself. Everything seems to be on the level. Upon entering the salon, the girl offers tea and coffee, which naturally makes it very pleasant and causes only positive emotions. Well, now about the manager, who will even say that they will be restored elsewhere, they have a replacement anyway. Apparently, this car dealership is still an official dealer, because in my case they counted just cosmic numbers. As I understand it, everyone decided to make money on me, starting with the master and ending with the owner of this salon himself. It became very unpleasant when I arrived at another salon, where they counted my repairs 3 times cheaper.
