The staff is polite, there is free coffee or tea for car service customers. In general, it is 4+, because there is some kind of carelessness in the actions and behavior of the permonal.
The service has deteriorated. Now there is no Subaru in the Subaru motors cabin, there is only Haval..))) There are no Subaru cars available, it's sad. Prices for consumables and oil have increased by 2 times, service discounts for cars over 7 years have been removed. Then it no longer makes sense to service the machines after the warranty period. This is a very negative moment for the service and customer loyalty in general.
I was at the service. I really hope that it didn't seem to me and everything is really changing for the better there. I really hope so. So far, the assessment is like this. I hope that in the future I will be able to give 5 stars and write another review. In the meantime, the guys in the service have something to work on.

Even in a completely dry engine, they counted the type of leak and as they said, "in the future, you need to completely repair the engine")))) In general, the guys there have a "bad " service, they also don't let the car go there when they do it and there is no TV like in Toyota and you don't see your car. The amount for spare parts is simply a cosmos , although it is 7 times cheaper in the official store . The only good thing is the courtesy of the staff and the goodwill of the managers who draw up the papers.
It's a wonderful place. It gets more and more expensive every time.)
