Thanks to judge Natalia Vladimirovna Sklema. There was a slight delay in the process, but I realized that the judge gives both sides the opportunity to exercise their rights and provide any evidence for a more complete and honest consideration of the case. For me, this was the first court case in my practice, and I am glad that my lawsuit came to her and I got my first positive experience at a court hearing.
I would like to express my gratitude to Vera Viktorovna, the head of the archive, for her help. He is a professional in his field!!! I'll tell my story:
I had to make a copy of the court decision, I went to the court and showed her what I needed to do, I was surprised how much it would cost and decided that I would go home to look for the original, it was very expensive))
I didn't find it, I arrived a week later, went to her office, I ask her to make a copy, and like a sorceress she takes out a ready-made, printed court decision from a pile of papers, to be honest, I was shocked, pleasant))
It was my only visit to the court, which was held on such positive emotions)
Thanks again to Vera Viktorovna, surprised so surprised❤
The judge helped the defendant, did not accept written petitions, refused the right to a break, closed her eyes to the defendant's false testimony, the statements of claim were not fully satisfied:
When dividing the property, there was a common debt (a bank loan, repaid in full at my own expense) and the defendant was obliged to return half of the debt to me. According to the law! The judge denied this LEGAL requirement.
P.S. Gender discrimination on the face!
