The building is old, the exterior has been sanded, tinted, it seems nothing.
Courtroom N1 is a very unfortunate room, this pillar is almost in the middle of the hall, hiding the prosecutor from the audience who came. The policeman is a guard during the whole process, playing on the phone, which is disguised on the table in his cap. The secretary with the judge, in short phrases and signs, discussing the manicure on the prosecutor's hands. And smiling, at a time when they decide the fate of a person. How disgusting it all looks from the outside.
The bureaucracy is in full bloom! Everything is decided from above, and they can only hit with a hammer. That's how destinies are decided...
Even if you do not take into account the wide-open eyes of Themis, then you can note the rude attitude and selective requirement to comply with restrictions due to the coronavirus - everyone entering is required to have a mask, while court staff walk freely without masks, and security guards put masks only on their mouths. Moreover, while I was in court, one of the employees (judging by the conversations) had a fever, but she refused the proposed mask.
I put a three because this is still a court in a magical land.. But I would like to note that responsive and sane people work there who can give information, despite the overloaded! Thanks to the dear Archivist (Svetlana Valeryevna) for her humanity!
rated 1 star-to leave a review Today I came to the office for a court Decision- Wait for them to call-half an hour-tired of waiting I go in-yes, we are all so busy in 50 minutes Oh, the miracle decision in the hands of Joy was premature the 1st sheet was not there Tomorrow I will go again Maybe I'll be lucky For what they only pay money-maybe it's time for self-financing
Violation of the law by the judges of the Republic of Belarus is flourishing in this court. The laws are read as the judge's left foot pleases... It is an additional confirmation that the laws in our country are not respected by those who are obliged to observe them.
I don't advise anyone to go there.I filed a waiver of the claim for divorce -this document and the application for the refund of the state fee were lost.On the day of the trial, they called with claims that they had not written such statements. It's just terrible
I want to leave my feedback about the employee of the Sovetsky District Court of Minsk, who accepts documents. The documents were accepted by a woman, aged. Undisguised rudeness on her part, sarcastic comments about the state bodies of Russia, clearly the person hates all people, talks to visitors disdainfully, in a disrespectful manner. When asked to introduce herself, she refused, also refused to put an incoming stamp on the document, while explaining the reason for the refusal, she could not intelligibly, did not name the regulatory documents according to which she was forbidden to mark the acceptance of documents. She was motivated only by the fact that there is a boss and a chairman of the court above her. She also refused to write the registration number on the document, but she still gave me a pen to write it down. At the same time, I waited 15 minutes to submit the document, while the above-mentioned employee talked about non-working topics with a man I knew, in particular, they talked about food. At the same time, this employee is the face of a state institution and shames his behavior and attitude towards visitors, his colleagues and the state body itself.
Did you file an application through a court assistant? (I'm asking the question because I don't know the status of this woman), a blonde woman of age. She refused to introduce herself. There is no better person to scare off the applicant. It probably performs this function successfully. The lady looks like a "chain dog". He is rude, without explaining the reasons for his attitude. But, most importantly, it misleads the applicant. My application did not contain the registration address of the defendant, t, K. he ran away from the apartment where he was registered. The application was not accepted due to the absence of this address. Where can I get it? She sent me to the police, as it turned out, knowing full well that later it was confirmed that the police had no right to tell me the address of a third person. I've been waiting for a negative result for a month. When I notified this lady about the deliberately false information she had given, she replied: "What's it to me. Take the address wherever you want." With great difficulty, the court accepted my application. The meeting, which was led by a young judge, began with barely discernible information mumbling into the table, not looking at the applicant and clearly not interested in him, that if I had any questions, then I had the right to ask them. But it quickly became clear that my application was accepted incorrectly, and should be considered in the Central District court. To the question "why", the outgoing judge's answer at the door was extremely angry: " The defendant lives in the Central District." So why was the application accepted and the error was not corrected at the stage of preparing the court session? That's how the Sovetsky District court works. Is such an institution of power so illiterate and indifferent?
I completely agree with previous reviews, I came across a woman aged 5 years old (she accepted documents), terrible rudeness, hatred of people, a dissatisfied face
