In this organization, a "specialist" is called a person (and he conducts "examinations") who has not mastered school physics and Russian language courses. From the pearls of the "specialist" Dadkov in the "expert opinion": "To improve the quality of vacuuming, it was decided to increase the bonding time" (the vacuum system in the packaging machine works independently of the sealing system); "performance tests were carried out to study performance"; "To improve the quality of packaging, it was decided to heat carbon dioxide at using a Yato hair dryer" (there was a mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the cylinder at a pressure of 180 Bar, Dadkov took a technical hair dryer and began to heat the gas reducer with it). To please the customer, Dadkov distorted the facts, indicating the absence of a TR CU certificate (despite its presence), understated the machine's performance settings and wishful thinking to please the customer. One of the positive qualities of the office can be called customer orientation, and the negative ones are low literacy. Such "specialists" at my school in the working-class area were corrected at vocational school after the 8th grade.

And then, which is categorically unacceptable to experts, I made an unambiguous conclusion based on my ASSUMPTIONS. I will definitely not leave the question and will return to the work of the expert and his conclusions later, so that they would give an assessment. But it's not professional! uniquely.

They called me and told me to come any day, except on weekends), but it turns out they have reception days, this point needs to be clarified with the organization with which the contract was signed, and not to swear with the consumer and show a complete lack of tact. As for the shoes, the leakage of the sole was attributed to mechanical impact during operation (the design of the sole in this shoe assumes small holes, stones clogged into them, which damaged the sole), in addition, the backs were wiped. AS A RESULT: expert Anna, decided that it was all because of the discrepancy in shoe size (that my size is 44, foot circumference, etc., everything was decided by GOST standards and papers, and the expert does not take into account the facts). The most interesting thing is that the shoes were comfortable, sometimes I wear 42, because 43 is bigger, 43 did not fit right in, there was room. At the same time, I don't wear size 44 in principle. I was invited to an examination of my own shoes, bought at the marselshoes store.by in the Rock. After a little more than two shoes, the sole came off and the seam parted.

The "expert" did not examine the shoes on the examination of the question whether the shoe corresponds to the 40th size (maybe it is small, the shoes are Chinese). Why?!
Instead, the "Expert" measured the foot, checked with GOST and issued a verdict that the foot size was not 40, but 40.5, and the fullness was incorrect, which led to a torn sole in two weeks. To the question – why did the seam split? The "expert" proudly replied that it was impossible to establish this because the back thread was missing. To the assumption that, even though this may be a manufacturer's flaw, a clear answer was received – I don't know where you gave this thread, but there is definitely no manufacturer's fault here.
No one cared that the shoes were comfortable for me. And why are all the previous size 40 shoes bought in this store worn without question…
