awesome apartments and a swimming pool and a kind character

To the beach 10 min. The complex itself has two swimming pools, a hookah bar, a playground, and coffee shops. Parking for cars is usually provided if required. To the Ferris wheel on foot 30 min. It's 10 minutes to the McDuck :). There are still no restaurants or street food in the area. Marina Mall shopping center is 30 minutes away. You can also buy alcohol in the negative parking lot, if necessary. By taxi: 40 minutes to the zoo, 30 minutes to the Atlantis water park, 30 minutes to the motion gate amusement park, 30 minutes to Lego land. It is better to order a taxi on the opposite street from walk street to the king salman Street stand-in (and exit through the parking lot) or order directly into the parking lot, if you order on walk street, the additional departure time is 20 minutes (depending on the location and route).

We recently came back from vacation. The apartment is just great. The staff is very good. Friendly and very polite. They will always help and prompt you.
Cleaning every day. Change of bed linen and towels. Water every day
The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are shops, cafes, pharmacies all around. Across the street is Dubai marina.
There is a private pool.
In general, I liked everything very much. Thank you so much for the rest. I hope we'll be back

As a hotel, everything is very well organized. Even though it's old, they're trying. Great pool. Of the disadvantages, there are very few dishes in the kitchen in the apartment and of poor quality.
As a neighborhood, it's great. In the courtyard there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a hairdresser, there are many restaurants and two;) embankments. Life is in full swing.
One of the disadvantages is, oddly enough, the beach. It is always crowded, and the sea is dirty. We went out a couple of times, and then went to Kite beach.

The hotel is old, a lot of things could be changed. But if you just score and rest, then it will go. But it's cheap and close to the sea. We went swimming, first of all. There is a shop next to the hotel, everything you need to eat, even the food is ready, inexpensive. The tram stop is across the street. The sea is a 7-minute walk away. Only sleep in the room. However, the TV is also good and the channels are in English, as well as a good hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, took a room with 3 bedrooms. In general, I liked everything, of course there were small shoals. Now in more detail: 1) The apartments were cleaned every day. Towels were changed almost every day, but one day they didn't have clean towels for all of us, so we had to wait a bit. 2) Polite staff. There were no Russian-speaking employees 3) Good location. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to JBR beach. The tram and bus stops are less than 5 minutes away. Shops and currency exchangers are within walking distance. There are many different cafes nearby. Dubai Marina promenade is 10 minutes away. 4) There is a small swimming pool. There is no gym 5) When booking a hotel in Yandex.travel and in the voucher, the tax amount was 90 dirhams upon check-in, but upon arrival we paid 180 dirhams. It was a little unpleasant 6) The room had everything for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, dishes, kitchen appliances, air conditioners, 4 toilets. In general, I can recommend this hotel!

Very convenient location of the hotel, near the tram stop, 10 minutes to the sea at a slow pace, a lot of shops within walking distance! The room itself turned out to be just huge, even though we took it with two bedrooms (there are more). What surprised me was the cleaning every day with a complete change of linen! I haven't seen this often! In general, only positive emotions remained, I definitely recommend it! At least he would definitely have stopped again.

Very cool hotel, clean, tidy, the kitchen has everything you need. Polite staff. Underground parking. Pedestrian and car intersections are minimal.

It's not worth the money. A microscopic pool, where there are never any places, an absolutely indifferent guard will not help with either sun beds or towels.
The apartment has cabinets in the style of the 80s, a small balcony. There are few dishes and not very clean.
We lived there for two days and fortunately rented other apartments also on the Marina, cheaper, and of a completely different level

Nice hotel. The only negative is the modest breakfasts. But it is compensated by an excellent location, near the tram stop, Marina Mall, a bunch of cafes and shops. Well, huge rooms for a large company - very convenient! There is a swimming pool, but because of the surrounding skyscrapers, the sun does not stay there for long. But the beach is 7 minutes on foot.

Simply magnificent apartments: kitchen with all appliances, dishes from one set, without chips, textiles - fresh and unwashed, cleaning daily, comfortable bed, spacious room.
