A cozy hotel near the center and the central station. The room is quiet and has everything you need for a good rest, including a comfortable bed and a kitchenette.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
When I go to Vienna again, I will stay at this hotel again.
We were passing through, we decided to stay at this hotel. The service is excellent, very helpful. There is a hotel in the city center, but without its own Parking (you need to pay for parking on the street). The rooms are clean...but, the score is only 3+. Not bad...But there is a delicious Serbian restaurant next to the hotel! I recommend it!

Great location. The Russian-speaking staff is very polite and friendly. Delicious, hearty breakfasts.
I didn't like it · The standard room (18) turned out to be very cramped, and not very clean. Someone else's hair on the bed, dirty carpet, a woodlouse running around the bathtub. The bathroom screen is illogically arranged, it half covers the passage. The other half has a toilet. As a result, you can get into the bathroom by going around the toilet. And you need to go out carefully so that you don't fall into it with one foot.
We had an attic room with a sloping roof. The room itself is small, but quite cozy. But the bathroom is quite scanty and extremely uncomfortable. To take a shower, you need to bend the letter s under the shower head, standing in a narrow bathroom and at the same time trying to cover the opening so as not to flood the floor. The location of the hotel is good. It's really not far from the opera. And there everything is just around the corner. The breakfasts are modest, but varied.
