Good location, close to Istiklal and Taksim Square. There is a reception, a buffet breakfast (a little meager, but there are eggs and bread with cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes and coffee), daily cleaning, bed and towels will be changed if necessary. However, the towels are not very good, as if they are not being washed, then someone's hair, then some kind of dust. The view from the window may turn out to be on the roof of a neighboring building and the window itself may be showered with dust when trying to open. There is no sound insulation, you will be very close to your neighbors, and with all at once. There are disposable slippers, toilet paper and soap, shower gel. The air conditioner and refrigerator were working properly.
I was vacationing at this hotel alone with my daughter . The impression of the hotel was completely ruined by the reception employee Murad Karaca - an ill-mannered and arrogant type! When paying for the hotel, he "had no change" and with the words "don't worry, I'll give it back in the evening" brazenly deceived us! In the evening he said tomorrow , then again tomorrow ... after that , he said that he could not give it back , since it was an irrevocable deposit ... That 's just why he refused to explain . Before departure, I asked to print out my boarding passes, to which another hotel employee responded positively, but Murad got into the conversation and said flatly that he would not print them OUT in PRINCIPLE! It feels like I came to his house and live there for free!!! Outrageous!!!! A thief and a cad !!!! How does the hotel management turn a blind eye to all this? Either they don't know about it , or they don't care about the customers....
But I want to mention a very well-mannered and qualified Eldyz! Thanks to her for her great attitude and help!
