A cozy guest house located in the heart of Sukhum, on the Makhajirov embankment.
I booked on the recommendation of as many as two well-known Zen bloggers and was not disappointed. The optimal price = quality ratio.
The guest house fully justifies its name "Sukhum City Mini Hotel", there are only 4 rooms in this mini-hotel, 3 of them consist of two small rooms (2,3 and 4th room) and a studio (1st room).The rooms are small, but comfortable, for living, there is everything you need.Each room has 2 single beds and a pull-out sofa.
For hot weather, powerful air conditioning, for cool heaters, a boiler in the bathroom, which guarantees always the availability of hot water, TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi (the signal is stable). The rooms are very clean, the linen and towels are not washed and smell fresh.
The room has a kettle, a filter jug for water, a fumigator with plates. There is a kitchenette with a stove, microwave and kitchenware on the shared terrace.
The highlight of the guest house is this communal terrace with a table and chairs, overlooking the sea and the promenade.
The owners of the guest house are very sincere and customer-oriented, they will always help with advice, ask if everything is in order.
It was very pleasant when they congratulated me and gave me a gift for my anniversary.
I heartily recommend it, and if possible, I will stay here more than once.

A nice guest house, a room of two rooms, a bedroom with 2 beds and a common room with a sofa. Modern bathroom. Everything you need is in the room.
The most important plus is the gorgeous (you can't call it anything else) location, I left the house and found myself in the center. I found myself in the atmosphere of a southern city, class. The neighboring building is the best cafe in the city, k. "Narta", is very popular, the food is delicious, the prices are affordable.
It's a pity that I can't post a video, I almost didn't take pictures.

Really a mini hotel. Most importantly, clean. Clean bed linen. Own bathroom. It's very tiny, but it's its own. The shower is French, it's an inconvenience for me. The room (2-room) has everything you need: a small table, a chest of drawers, a TV, a sofa, 2 separate beds and a wardrobe in the bedroom. The location is very good, on the central embankment. The nearest beach is 400 meters away. You can cook in the shared kitchen or eat in a cafe or restaurant, of which there are many around. The beach is made of large stones. The water is the purest. The air is amazing.

Thank you Rajep, everything is fast and pleasant. I found a phone at the entrances to Sukhum from Kaman, called, after 7 minutes I parked at the embankment, and Rajep was already waving at me from the balcony. A great apartment right on the waterfront, right where you needed it. A kind of classic - everything you need is there, the cleanest linen, a nice bed, convenient zoning of the apartment. And everything you need is provided! Excellent heaters, had to be turned off, it's hot.
In general, it's great if you understand what a classic apartment by the waterfront is.

Oh, I really liked it here. And who wouldn't like to live right on the embankment in the center of Sukhum? But there is also a very significant bonus - a wonderful host, caring, cheerful. I was here at the end of February 2023, and I got both rain and sunshine. I will be happy to come to this place more than once!

In fact, this is not a mini hostel, but a mini hotel with four rooms and separate entrances. Each room has 2 single beds and a pull-out sofa. Comfortable beds with the cleanest and softest bedding sets. Each room also has a small bathroom with a shower. There was always water. Cold water quickly becomes hot with the help of an automatic heater. The rooms also have smart TV, electric kettle, refrigerator. There are no mosquito nets, but the owner took care and equipped the rooms with electric fumigators. There is practically no view from the window, but there is a common terrace with a table, chairs and a view of the sea and the embankment (photo). A pleasant addition was the presence of an electric stove and a microwave in the common area.
Good location: leaving the room you immediately get to the embankment with restaurants, beautiful architecture and nature. The city beach is 800 meters along the embankment. The price-quality ratio is very decent.
The owner of the Jabag mini-hotel is a very kind and helpful person. He is always interested in whether everything is in order, will help, prompt, even call a taxi. Plus, he lives right here. However, if you are allergic to cats, then the hotel will not suit you, because the owner has three of them and they walk on the common terrace.

The perfect location. You go out and you are in the very center of the most beautiful embankment.
The hostel itself is clean, everything is well equipped, everything is provided.
There is a transport stop nearby. The beach is 500 meters along the embankment, along the sea, with beautiful views.

We had a rest with a girl's company from 17.09 to 23.09.2019. We are very pleased that we chose this option. A very good-natured host of the Hostel City, met, conducted, during the rest agreed on our excursions, we just had to be on time. The room has everything you need, everything is clean and tidy. There is no TV, but we didn't need it at all. Location- you go out and you are on the embankment, in the very heart of Sukhum. Nearby there are a huge number of all kinds of restaurants with all kinds of cuisine. The food is excellent, the prices are more than affordable. In general, a lot of positive emotions remained from the vacation. If you manage to return to the capital of Abkhazia again, then this particular guest house will certainly be considered.

It was in March. The location couldn't be better. The owner is a very kind, helpful person. He will show you everything, tell you, and advise you. We went during the velvet season (mid-September). A pleasant host met us at the Sukhumi railway station, gave us a ride home and picked up our bags. Pretty cute for the price of the room. The rooms are cozy, there is a private courtyard. There is a coffee shop and several breakfast establishments nearby. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach.
