A beautiful Art Nouveau building, built in 1912. There are large windows, balconies, decorative elements on the facade, and beautiful antique-styled lanterns were hung. It is interesting to consider the drawing under the roof, which is an oblong panorama of Sukhum, a view from the sea. Air conditioners and entrance gates plastered with advertisements spoil the appearance of the building a little. There's an art gallery here now.
