I don't recommend going here. We booked a sauna with the guys for 1.5 hours. I called 5 times and clarified all the nuances. I was told 120 GEL per hour + if we want a massage and a scrub ( kisu ) 20 GEL per person. And there are small things like slippers and towels for 2-3 lari. I said that we had never been to such places and did not know anything. In the hope that at least something will be explained to us. As a result, they launched it silently and that's it. There was also a room with a toilet in the bathhouse itself, I went there and it turned out that it wasn't working, although I found out about it too late... I went out and told how I should wash it all off now. They told me, "It doesn't work like that." Cool, but better to warn. Well, they gave me a bucket to go wash everything after myself. They sniffed their tea very hard. As a result, we paid not 180 GEL as we thought, but 230 for some reason. It turned out that for the "kisu" procedure you need to buy some kind of gloves for the craftsmen who wipe you. Each one costs 10 lari . It was completely silent and I didn 't even understand anything . After the massage and washing, we were asked to pay for it separately in CASH. Naturally, we didn 't have it, so I ran to look for an ATM steamed up after the tribute in the rain . I took the money off the commission and paid. I tried to discuss all this with the cashier, but they didn't really listen to me and started talking on the phone. The service is terrible. They talked to us at the dump . They didn 't explain anything . In short, the whole impression was ruined just by the usual carelessness !
It's a great place, atmospheric, and you can have a nice steam bath. You can order tea. The water from the sulfur spring in the font is great. You can order a soap bag wash.
Be sure to visit the communal sauna to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the general flavor. Of course, not everything is perfect, the room needs renovation. But in general, I recommend you to visit.
For your money, this is a great option for those who do not want to rent an entire room. It was interesting for me to visit the sulfur bath, and I was alone. It looks like an ordinary public bathhouse, the room is old, but for that the impressions are unusual. Inside there are 10 showers, marble benches and a 2 by 4 meter pool with the same sulfuric water. Coming in for an hour is just the thing.
Probably the best public bath in the city. Everything is very modest, but clean and the water is constantly being updated.
Admission is 10 lari, tea is 5 lari, washing and massage is 20 lari.
It is open from early morning, 7:00 to 20:00
The water temperature is about +44...+46. it is very hot. It is difficult to withstand longer than 3 minutes.
There is a small sauna, but in this case it is not relevant, at least for me.
We decided to visit these public baths . Compared to the Russian steam room, this is a weak sauna, even the hydrogen sulfide water in the pool in the shower warms up more than this sauna.
For a little extra money, they do a good massage with peeling, although the overall appearance is depressing. Plus there is a delicious free tea when you go out. The atmosphere is positive
The place itself is slightly shabby, I mean their VIP. It is very spacious inside, with several rooms. The thermal water pool is large and clean. The house is small with cold water and there is also an electric sauna, quite hot. There was also a hammam, but it was broken. In general, a pleasant place for 4 people. But the price is good quality in principle. Other VIPs are more expensive.
A public bath, entrance to the men's department is more expensive than to the women's, because the men's has a small pool) sauna, shower, sun beds, most visitors are local and everyone knows each other. They work until 10, they are kicked out in advance)
Well, an ordinary old bathhouse, depending on what you expect from it😀 In general, I was satisfied with the washing and soap massage, but be sure to order herbal tea or beer 😉
The usual public bath, entrance is 10 lari (for an hour), unlimited tea for an hour is 5 lari. After the locker area where you change clothes (you can also take sheets, like 3 GEL), you go into the shower area where the water is already sulfuric, there will also be a sauna and a font with hot sulfuric water (hot enough) in general, I liked it.
Бычок в печке в бане. Гнетущая атмосфера и все это за огромные деньги. В целом на рекомендовано! Советский Сервис "вас много я тут одна. Проходите быстрее.". Карта не рабоатет я с утра пробовала.
There are no complaints about the baths.Clean, warm, cozy. But there is no point in shooting for more than four people for an hour .It turns out to be a holop across Europe. For complete relaxation, you need at least two hours, with warming up, with washing. It's not a cheap treat, 110 boxes per hour, but it's definitely a Tbilisi brand. It is a pity that there are no baths in the women's department, this is a significant saving.Take tea in thermos flasks with you, otherwise you will fork out 30 rubles for a teapot.Easy steam for everyone.
My love and not only mine. Many outstanding personalities have visited here. Pushkin also loved these baths. Can you imagine the atmosphere here? I always take extra:tea, scrubbing and massage. Our room has hot and cold water pools. An hour and a half is just the thing. I recommend.
The impressions are strong. But mostly at the expense of history. As it is, I won't come here a second time. The sauna itself was not impressive, but the pool with hydrogen sulfide water is excellent.
A Soviet bathhouse, with Georgian men over 50. If you like such aesthetics, you can go for one hour for 10 GEL in the common room. Tea and a sheet separately. There is a swimming pool with sulfuric water, a dry sauna, a shower and several sun beds. I didn't go there to sweat, but for aesthetics. I got aesthetics) I can't say about cleanliness and disinfection, but since the locals go there, everything is probably normal. And by the way, the water in the pool with sulfur water is really very hot, which is for an amateur. There are also separate rooms there, but I haven't been there, because I don't want to give 100 GEL for one, and no one else wanted to go
A great place, a must-visit) We took it for an hour, it's enough in principle, but next time we'll go for 2 hours. We were the next day after the road from Minsk (very tired)- after leaving the bathhouse, we felt "like being born again")) Initially, the smell is strong, but after 10 minutes you no longer feel it.
With the sulfur water that comes from nature, everything is fine here, but of course the service leaves much to be desired. There are few booths, there is water on the floor in the locker room, no one cleans it. Inside the bathhouse is no better, there is no shower head, water just pours out of the pipe, floors and walls have not seen repairs since the tsarist regime. I went once, I definitely won't be able to do it a second time.
A wonderful bathhouse, the highlight and originality of Tbilisi. After all, it was from the gray baths and it was here that the city arose. Locals go to the bathhouse, the water here is useful, healing. Tourists also go to the bathhouse to feel the local flavor. But this is for an amateur. Many are confused by the smell of water.
One of the most democratic baths in terms of price. We wanted to choose baths where there is a hot pool with sulfur water. As a result, we booked an office for 4 people for an hour (probably no longer, since a maximum of 4 approaches of 10 minutes are recommended in the sulfur pool, no more). We chose an office where there was a hot pool, a cold font and a sauna. I strongly advise you to take it with a font, since the sulfur pool is really very hot (+48 degrees) and it's good to cool down in the font after it. The first time to plunge and go into the pool is unusually hot, but the next times it becomes easier.
At the price we got 110 lari per cabinet per hour. It is better to book at least a day in advance, day in and day out you are unlikely to get there.
The baths themselves are renovated, everything is clean inside. Slippers, towels or sheets can be rented for an additional fee.
Great sauna!!! After the repair!!! Clean, friendly staff, if desired, you can order tea, coffee, get a haircut, put your hair by the way, it will be very good, manicure, pedicure, massage, terschitsamechatelnya!!!!!
We took a separate room with a hydrogen sulfide bath, but without a steam room. They took it for an hour and a half. A kettle of tea was ordered on site. It turned out perfectly in terms of time and content. I would like to note that due to the lack of repairs and maintenance, this is a "scoop", while the staff is friendly. Accordingly, I would return here, but I would like to try the neighboring baths, maybe it's more comfortable there.
The water and the design are super :)
They came and for the first 20 minutes they scooped out water from a personal bathtub with their hands, which was 50 degrees, so that they could at least lie down in this bathtub, well, and then they rushed.... the service and rudeness of the service staff simply kills, they really break down and begin to remind you in 40 minutes, they were kicked out after 55 minutes, although 60 minutes were announced. Moreover, with such dissatisfaction, as if we did not pay GEL 120 for 60 minutes. We came here last night and instead of a good mood, we left in horror of the service. It was completely unexpected, because 5* was announced.
It's possible that the staff just works seven days a week, so the poor people got mad.
I read the reviews, it says that 10 GEL costs 60 minutes, and we were charged 120 GEL. In short, they also got divorced for money. Friends, be vigilant. Hugged and lifted :)

Excellent baths! These are the cheapest sulfur baths in the area. Both the common area and the individual cabins. The entrance to the common area is 10 GEL, cabins from 70 to 140 GEL. The baths are open from 7:00 to 21:00.
I must say right away, if you have not been to a public bath or are very squeamish - this is not for you!
In the common area, the first room is a locker room, where for a fee you can take a sheet for 3 lari (needed only for the locker room and steam room) and buy tea for 5 lari (unlimited). From the locker room you enter a small room with 8 showers in the center, along the edges of a niche with sun beds where you can sit and where you will get a soap massage. At one end of the room there is a 2 by 3 meter pool with very hot water, at the other end there is a door to the toilet and a small steam room. I advise you to take a scrub and soap massage for 20 GEL, which will be done by colorful Georgian men. An hour is enough for everything. Going to the sauna is one of the best impressions about Georgia. It is very authentic due to the fact that this is not a sleek tourist attraction, but an old public institution.
Bathhouse N5, the first room. It was spacious, there were 5 of us - more than. It would be good to provide a rest room with a changing room - we had to go to the halls and those who changed clothes in the hall with bathrooms, it was hot and all the surfaces were wet - there was nowhere to put dry clothes. Of course, they adapted, but this is the time paid for in order to go sour in sulfur water.
The price does not include towels or sheets (sheets 2.5 GEL).
I really liked the peeling and massage/washing services (separate fee - 10 GEL each). Women need to be prepared that the bath attendant will ask them to take off the top of the swimsuit. Peeling is done with a special mitten, one side of which is made of carpet fabric (buy at the checkout in advance) and with the use of wine, it seemed to me (the smell) and the bath attendant confirmed it. After it, the skin is really peeled off!)) The massage is done using soap foam from the back from the toes to the head. A sensitive effect, sometimes very (very unpleasant). Madina Respect came to the girls on our visit. I won't tell you about how it went with the boys, somehow they are without much emotion.
You can order tea (+20 GEL), delicious, with herbs, + additionally lemon and mint.
The water is hot in the sulfur bath, you won't dive right away, you have to gradually sink)) It's cold in the cold)) If you stay in the cold for a little while, then in the hot (sulfuric) from the tips of your toes up your shins there will be a tingling sensation, as after an ice hole in a bath. Summary - very pleasant impressions/feelings and a desire to return.
Wishes to the admin.-household. for the service, it would be good to close the light bulb with a shade in the sauna, repair the handle on the door (from the inside!).
Very poor service. We do not recommend the establishment. We paid for 1.5 hours, after 40 minutes the administrator came and, without listening to us, began to kick us out, drank tea and dressed in the corridor. We turned to the cashier with a question - why were we kicked out, they silently returned the money in half an hour. What's going on with the service? If you do not want to run into rudeness and rudeness, we do not recommend these baths to you! As a result, it turned out that the administrator simply did not know that we had paid for 1.5 hours. But the mood will not return. In the end, they didn't even apologize.
Every time I come to Tbilisi, I definitely visit public bath No. 5. The water is magical. After it, the body really rejuvenates, the skin tightens and feels like silk.
Complete relaxation, you come out like new, your skin is smooth. Be sure to order a scrub. We were also lucky with the weather for the bathhouse. Rain, except for the baths, we didn't want to go anywhere. It is necessary to note a specific smell, but after 10 minutes you no longer notice anything.
Very cool! I visited the common room- there is no repair, but the atmosphere just went in) entrance, like 10lari. I definitely recommend soap peeling massage
Great place, we steamed well! we took a small room for two. I liked everything) an hour was enough) but we additionally took a wash and liked it, a massage - they will just pat you)
We were with friends, I really liked it. It has long been arrogant to visit the famous sulfur baths in Tbilisi. A chic interior. I will take off one star for very hot water in the pool. So hot that it was impossible to dive there at all. And after such a pool, there was no question of a steam room at all. Maybe we were so unlucky, or maybe it should be, but it was uncomfortable for us.
Cool. I especially liked the spa scrubbing service. The skin has become tender! The sauna was hot. The historical appearance of these baths gives them charm.

Of course, it is necessary to visit the sulfur baths of Tbilisi.
Which we did.
We, three girls, came to visit the common bath, but be prepared that at the checkout they will say that there is no bath in the women's department, only a mineral shower, and they will offer a separate bath for about 100 GEL for everyone instead of 10 GEL per person per hour. Like, just for an hour, the personal bath is free.
The water in the big tub is so hot that you can't even put your foot in, at least 50 degrees.
As a result, we bailed out hot mineral water for half an hour, poured cold water from the tap.
And as soon as everything was set up, we relaxed, as they began to knock very loudly and shout at us to go out, that the next ones were already waiting. And they didn't calm down until we were expelled.
I have not seen such a "service" yet, neither in Georgia nor in other places.
And it was a farewell evening both in Tbilisi and in Georgia in principle...
Sulfur baths, Tbilisi.
Bathhouse 5
There is a division into male and female.
You can rent a private room.
But I'm alone here, so I went to the communal bathhouse.
And this is a straight common bathhouse in its best traditions, where there are a lot of men, 40+, who come here regularly, the interiors are similar.
By price
10 lari entrance
GEL 25 scrub, soap massage (not to be confused with beautiful spa treatments, everything is hard and takes 10 minutes), tea.
The sauna consists of a sauna, 10 racks with a shower (pipe) with strong pressure with sulfuric water and a pool for 10 people with a temperature of 40 °.
They wash here as follows, first under a shower with soap to wash off the dirt, then you can go to the sauna, or you can immediately go to the pool, after the pool we cool down on marble beds, repeat 3-4 times, all this is in one room, so it is very humid and warm there.
After water treatments, strong tea.
I spent 1.5 hours there.
I love baths, so it came to me, someone who only goes for a beer is likely to die there, but I think this is true for the common room, in private rooms it is probably more light.
I liked the baths and the atmosphere very much. The only thing is that there is not enough repair. It is very good that there is a fact where there are bathrooms for every purse. I was with a child, we made a small discount. Thanks!
In the general department, bath attendants steal from lockers. They keep the keys and they do it during the massage.

The bathhouse is easy enough to find, there is a remarkable signboard. Slippers, a towel all cost 3 GEL. I don't know how it is in the men's department, in the women's department there is only a jet of sulfuric water, which can be adjusted according to pressure and temperature. Before entering the bathhouse itself, a towel will be taken away from you and you will go there naked, it is worth being mentally prepared for this. 4 stars for the price/quality ratio, because in the neighboring baths prices start from GEL 100 per entrance
A great bathhouse. We visited different baths in Tbilisi, but I liked this one the most. We took a separate room for 120 GEL per hour. As a result, for this amount: a large recreation room - it is also a locker room, a large steam room with a hot spring and a pool containing cold water. The water does not stagnate, it flows in a stream. There is also a sauna in the same room. The staff is very polite, they offered us to drink tea with lemon for 15 lari. In general, the hour flew by unnoticed. There was a feeling that she had not only received physical relaxation, but also emotionally unloaded her consciousness. Thank you, Tbilisi
I liked the sauna itself, but the service is not very good. They booked us for an hour, and eventually told us to leave after 45 minutes. Sanitary treatment is at zero.
Clean, well-groomed, unusual. But.... it is unreasonably expensive and very slippery in the hammam area. You constantly need to control where you step and how you walk so that you don't inadvertently break your limbs.
