On November 9, 2024, we bought a refrigerator. Delivery was promised on November 11. They called on the day of delivery, but they never arrived. The next day, dealing with the manager, they promised to bring it on the 13th, referring to the workload. However, they didn't bring it that day either. They promised the next day, but a message came about the postponement to November 15th. The goods have been dragging and beating on board the car for 4 days from moving around the city.
