Never buy in Sulpak.
They take your money, they sell you defective household appliances and they refuse to take it back as long as they can! They keep your money on their account as long as they can. I will never have a deal with these fraudulents and suggest you do not too.
I bought washing machine it appears to be defective, and even after it was proved by their own specialist they didn’t send a courier to take it back, explaining that it is under consideration. I wish this company to become very poor with such an approach to their clients.

A terrible story happened to us today. I received a text message yesterday saying that the 2700tg bonus expires on September 2. Without hesitation, the wife decided to buy something for the house. As a result, we went to the store. We chose a liquid gel for the strip for 2790 tenge. At the checkout, we were told that the price had increased by 3990 tenge, to which the wife was indignant and demanded payment by check, which she sees for this product. The store administrator called the seller and found out the reason , immediately agreed to the payment price of 2790 tenge by us, the rest of the amount will be deducted from the store. But there were problems at the checkout again.... Now it turns out that the bonus of only 50% of the amount can be withdrawn no more. The administrator offered to pay with a 1395tg + 1395bonus card, and the remaining amount of 1200tg at the expense of the store.
That's what we did. But when we arrived home, we accidentally looked at the receipt, it turned out that we were deceived and withdrawn from the bonus of 1990tg (instead of 1395tg) and 600 cash was written off at the store.
Why are you cheating on Sulpak??? Exactly 1305bones should remain, but it turned out that 705tg remained. Return the money!

This is the most terrible electronics store. First, we ordered a laptop through the Caspi app, came to pick it up - the product is a showcase. We made a cancellation and decided to choose a product in the hall.Consultants do not really know the product, they just read the information from the price tag (and without their help I can read it myself), so they also advise incorrectly. I needed a laptop with 8GB of RAM. The consultant assured me that the laptop has 8 GB. They took it. We arrived home, and the laptop was terribly hung, we looked, it turned out to be 4 GB.
We came to the store to make a refund. There are zero complaints about the guys from Hi technic, I'll even praise them. The return was made quickly and without hassle and unnecessary movements.
But one thing I can say for sure is that I will never come to any of your stores again in my life.

How is that even possible? Am I asking the manager a question? the answer is killed, in an hour there will be a manager who saw the payment yesterday, call an hour later and hung up. I have no words how this is even possible. When you ask who I'm talking to, I ask you to introduce yourself, i.e. there are those who just don't say their name, I don't get acquainted, I need to know who provides me with information about the status of the order. There is no subordination, and the tone may rise during the conversation. According to the order 9903252, there was a situation, I placed an order at 9.25, received an invoice via the link, and sent the invoice to the accounting department for payment. At 14.30, a message arrives that the order was rejected due to the lack of goods. It turned out that an SMS message about the rejection of the order came and I just didn't read it. I'm calm, the bill is there, everything is fine, and three days later they tell me that why you paid, you know that the order was canceled. Moreover, the tone of the conversation is as if I did something terribly stupid ... I ask you to take into account the work of the managers of the online store, there is no desire to cooperate.
