We bought air conditioners with installation in Sulpak. The air conditioners have been in boxes for the second week. Installers call every day and promise to come. In the late afternoon, they stop picking up the phone. And so it is every day. The operators in the call center are rude, hang up the phone, accuse us of being to blame ourselves - they asked us to install air conditioners at 19.00. Although the installers' working day is until 20.00. The master came once, looked around, said that he was going to look from the street and we did not see or hear him anymore. He blocked our numbers.
We finally managed to get our money back, although we were assured that it was impossible. Not a single foot in this store anymore.
We left a complaint. We were told: "we apologize, but in general, the craftsmen are very busy and physically do not have time to install air conditioners for everyone."
In addition to all this, there is not a single air conditioner in the store at Aktau Shopping Mall. The heat is unbearable. It is unrealistic to be there. It is more pleasant to be outside at 40 degrees and above.
People, please don't go and contact this store. The service is below the baseboard.
I bought an oven through the Sulpak online store. They brought a crumpled one from behind. We didn't see this dent right away. They started calling the store, zero emotions, wrote a claim, said that we would go to court-again zero emotions, they did not even call us back. They wrote to the Committee for the Protection of the Rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They changed it the very next day. We tried to examine the exterior as thoroughly as possible. The movers do not check on the spot, they say our job is to deliver it. We left again, and after the movers left, we saw a dent with a chipped enamel inside the oven on the dividing baking sheet in the far lower corner, already combed through the enamel. Now I've been calling them for a week now, asking them to replace them, only promises and no action. I will never go to this store again in my life. Just don't write that this is a customized review from competitors. I have photos and videos confirming what I described and copies of all my requests to the store and the Committee.
