Great hotel with excellent room service. But shower room needs some utenils like comb and ear wax remover i say. And some of the room there are some problems with automatic curtains when you press close the curtain it closes but when you take your finger from the button it opens up again. And rooms need a trash can. Also, restaurant can be updated with different type of foods. The hotel is very cozy with means of comfort. Thank you i really liked there.

It's a pretty decent hotel.
It is always clean and fresh.
The interior is well thought out, sockets are in place, a lot of lights and switches. Even electric curtains))
A big nice shower. Ventilation and air conditioning system.
The staff is very attentive, but it is better to ask again, there are language barriers.
There is an excellent gym and a swimming pool. Free for guests.
There is a restaurant. The menu is not too varied, but you will not stay hungry. In the evening, you can eat near the fountain on the street. And for a change, it is advisable to visit the various restaurants of this wonderful meat city.
I bow low to the maids. They clean efficiently every day.

Nice hotel in Karshi, Uzbekistan. Excellent smart rooms, cozy. However, it is a little expensive for the citizens of Uzbekistan. And so the hotel itself is wonderful, the staff is responsive.... I recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in Karshi.

It's a great hotel. The room has indoor air conditioning, a refrigerator, and there is always underfloor heating in the bathroom. Replacement items: dental kit, soap, shampoo, bathrobe.
For breakfast, ready-made porridges, pancakes, cereals, if desired, you can order an omelet or an icing. There are yogurts and dairy products.
Bed linen is changed every 3 days. Laundry services are available on request.
There is a swimming pool and a gym in the basement.
The only negative is that the light in the bathroom reacts to movement, and I haven't figured out if it's possible to disable this feature.

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, neat rooms. On the 1st floor there is a mini gym (2 jogging, 1 exercise bike, 2 Elliptical trainers, dumbbells of different weights from 2.5 kg to 35 kg, 2 inclined benches, one side of the wall is completely mirrored) there is video surveillance in the hall, so it is better to change clothes immediately in the room.
There is also a swimming pool and a sauna. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The beds are soft, comfortable, and clean.

The hotel left a mixed impression. Conveniently located in the city center. It's new enough. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There was a delay of 30 minutes upon check-in. The inconvenience was compensated with tea and sweets in the restaurant. The room was clean, but the curtains were covered with a thick layer of dust. The breakfast is good, but the choice could be better for 4*. Dinners at the restaurant are delivered in 20-30 minutes from another place.

A great hotel with cozy and spacious rooms. The location is very convenient, you can walk to the main parks and the market. Cleaning every day, they bring bottled water, they can quickly wash things, and the very responsive staff at the reception is ready to help with any issue. There is a restaurant serving excellent barbecue and samsa of its own production. Of the minuses, I note that at breakfast on the buffet, some of the food is not heated and you have to ask to warm it up, but there is always fruit and porridge. Overall, the impression of the stay was excellent, next time I will stay here.

In general, I liked everything very much. Every day a new bottle of water, fresh towels, excellent breakfast. On the downside, if you have settled on the ground floor, then be ready to hear the staff at 7 a.m. because everything that happens in the corridor is perfectly audible.
I would like to point out that for such money and for such quality that you are provided, you will not find it better, especially in Karshi.

A good hotel. The breakfasts are delicious. Of course, it is clear that the repair is cheap: wallpaper is peeling off in some places, there was an exit to the roof in my room - a special engineering solution))), the handle in the shower is unscrewed and all that, BUT for Karshi and for Uzbekistan as a whole, it will do. At least there were no insects, everything was clean - the room was cleaned every day.

A good hotel. Downstairs there is a swimming pool and sauna for 300 thousand per hour, a cafe has its own. In general, it's very good for a couple of nights. Room 304 is the only one with a balcony! A good solid medium option. The rooms are all simple, but everything you need is there. The elevator didn't work, really, but it's a temporary problem.

The sauna does not work, the beds are short, especially for tall people it will be uncomfortable and the legs will hang down. In the shower, water collects and leaks badly because the tiles are incorrectly assembled. The floor is not warm, so in the morning my feet get a little cold in the bathroom. Sometimes a strange smell comes out of the sink. The door to the balcony did not close well. The air conditioner sometimes just went out at night for some reason. There is no fitness room.
